ROHN Galvanized 16-Gauge Steel Masts
ROHN Galvanized 16-Gauge Steel Masts are commonly used with ROHN roof and wall mounts. Well known as the classic TV antenna mast, this swaged tubing features a locking joint to prevent rotational slipping and unwanted antenna rotation. Swaged tubing metal is compressed and made thicker so that the joint is stronger than the original material. Each section fits into the next, with no bulge and no hardware required. ROHN 16-gauge steel mast tubing is offered in two types of finishes, hot-dip galvanized and pre-galvanized. * ROHN hot-dip galvanized tubing is fabricated from high-strength steel and then immersed in molten zinc giving all surfaces, including the interior, an even coating of zinc for maximum corrosion protection. There are no seams, holes, or edges left uncoated. High-volume production provides cost effective light-duty mast tubing. * ROHN pre-galvanized tubing is made from a coil of steel which is galvanized at the steel mill, cut into strips, and then formed into a piece of tubing. ROHN BPC25G Concrete Base Plates
These ROHN BPC25G Concrete Base Plates provide an easy and secure way to mount your guyed or bracketed ROHN 25G tower to a concrete pier, without the need for embedding a tower section in concrete. With these base plates, only a single 3/4 x 12 in. Pier Pin embedded in the standard concrete base is required to anchor the base of a ROHN 25G Series guyed tower. This is possible since lateral forces are minimized at the base of the tower. A slight pivoting of the pier pin anchored tower base is natural and allowable, as virtually all of the guyed tower forces are exerted vertically onto the concrete pier. ROHN Tower Adjustable House Brackets include the standard duty models for wall and eave bracing of 25G series towers that are installed as self-supporting or guyed. As with all ROHN tower accessories, these bracket models are all galvanized. ROHN Tower Adjustable House Brackets are completely adjustable, from 0 in. up to 36 in. offset depending on model, to handle most house wall bracketing installation of 25G tower where there is an overhanging eave to be cleared.
