ROHN Turnbuckles

ROHN Turnbuckles are constructed with a steel sleeve surrounding internal steel screws used to pull anchor points closer together by turning the turnbuckle body. They are ideally suited for tensioning mast or tower guy lines. These turnbuckles are galvanized for weather resistance and long life. Working load for these turnbuckles starts at 1,200 lbs. and then goes up. Break strength, also known as ultimate strength, is 6,000 lbs. and up. If you are raising a new mast or tower, or just performing maintenance on your existing installation, these ROHN Turnbuckles from DX Engineering will take the strain, year after year after year!

ROHN TBSAFETY Turnbuckle Safety Kits

ROHN TBSAFETY Turnbuckle Safety Kits include 45 ft. (15 ft. per guy anchor assembly) of 1/4 in. high strength guy wire to secure your turnbuckles and 6 matching 1/4 in. forged and galvanized U-bolt clips for final fastening of the safety wire on each of three guy anchors. In other words, use 15 ft. of guy wire and 2 clips on each guy-anchor assembly for protection against turnbuckle loosening or catastrophic failure. Turnbuckles, like all metal exposed to the elements, degrade over time. These safety kits thread through the turnbuckles and guy-line terminations (thimbles and eyes) in figure-8 fashion to make everything secure. Don't allow your tower to collapse due to turnbuckle failure. Order your ROHN TBSAFETY Turnbuckle Safety Kits from DX Engineering and make your tower installation safer!

ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies

Keep your tower still with one of these ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies. Guy bracket assemblies are used to properly attach guy lines and to distribute the forces correctly. They prevent the placement of excessive guying forces onto individual tower legs. Multiple guy brackets are needed at different levels on taller towers. These bracket assemblies are sized to fit correctly around all three of the tower legs for the proper attachment of guy wires in each ROHN tower series. ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies are built from quality steel and are galvanized, the same as the towers, and install in minutes with no modifications or disassembly of the tower required. Call DX Engineering to order your ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies today!

ROHN Flat Roof Mounts

ROHN Flat Roof Mounts bolt directly to your flat roof surface to support a guyed ROHN 25G or 45G tower. The flat roof location must be water-tight and reinforced to support tower/antenna weight. These bases require the tower to be guyed or bracketed and cannot be used as a self-supporting base plate. These tower bases use double-bolted attachment joints, which are proven to be the best method of joining tower sections for sturdiness and dependability. The associated tower can be used in guyed or bracketed configurations. Roof mounted tower options may limit potential height considerably by restricted guy line lengths and anchoring options. To mount your ROHN 25G or 45G Series tower to a flat roof, use one of these ROHN Flat Roof Mounts from DX Engineering.

ROHN Torque Arm Stabilizer Assemblies

Keep your tower from twisting with one of these ROHN Torque Arm Stabilizer Assemblies. These devices are typically used at the top guying level with six guy lines to prevent large torsional forces on the tower that are caused during high winds on tower mounted items, especially side mounted dishes or very long boom beams, that have high wind surface areas. These assemblies are ideal for keeping tight-beam microwave links in alignment. Multiple torque arm stabilizer assemblies may be needed at different levels on taller towers. These assemblies are sized to fit correctly around the tower legs for the proper attachment of guy wires for each specific ROHN Guyed Tower series. They provide for 6-way guying at any G series tower joint. ROHN Torque Arm Assemblies are built from quality steel and are galvanized, the same as the tower sections, and install in minutes when joining tower sections, with no modifications to the sections being necessary. Call DX Engineering to order ROHN Torque Arm Stabilizer Assemblies.
