Samlex DC/AC Pure Sine Wave Power Inverters
Samlex America DC/AC Pure Sine Wave Power Inverters provide clean, stable power for computers, radio equipment, home theaters, and other applications that are sensitive to AC voltage irregularities. These inverters are available with a choice of input voltages from 12 to 48 Vdc. They also provide an array of output connections to suit every need, from direct distribution panel wiring to single or multiple outlets. Also available are pure sine wave inverters that are microprocessor-controlled and incorporate a built-in transfer switch. These industrial-grade inverters are capable of driving highly reactive and capacitive loads at start-up. Line-synchronized operation allows the transfer from the power grid to the battery backup to be almost instantaneous! Perhaps you're doing something a bit more commercial? Some Samlex America inverters are assembled as 19 in. 1U rack-mount packages. Samlex Transfer Switches
Samlex Transfer Switches provide power grid flexibility when the grid is available. Whether you're using solar panels, batteries, or a generator to power your AC appliances when you're on the move, chances are you'll want to use the power grid when it's accessible. Connect a Samlex transfer switch to your generator, or to your inverter/battery bank, and have your AC source switched to the power grid automatically when you plug in. These transfer switches are ideal for RVs, boats, and any vehicle with an AC inlet. They have a rated capacity of 30 amps at 120 Vac, and are suitable for a 30 amp utility power cord and generator or an inverter of up to 3.6 KVA capacity. These switches can be installed on the line-side of the main breaker panel or on the load-side for switching dedicated circuits. Samlex America Isolated DC/DC Converters offer a wide range of input voltages for an equally wide range of output power. Their IDC series is a complete line of high-efficiency isolated DC to DC converters suitable for applications requiring galvanic isolation between the input and the output. Each of these isolated DC/DC converters provides a highly regulated DC output voltage for a given DC input voltage range. Rated output currents of up to 30 Amps are available! Features of these isolated DC/DC converters include a compact housing, fold-back current limiting and protection against short circuits, over-temperature protection, and overvoltage and reverse polarity protection. Some possible applications include industrial equipment, heavy trucks, buses, marine vehicles, mobile radio equipment, lighting systems, and AM/FM/Audio systems.
