Sangean CL-100 Weather Alert Radios
Sangean CL-100 Weather Alert Radios receive all seven VHF NOAA weather channels and alert you to any hazardous weather conditions. These new tabletop Specific Area Message Encoding (S.A.M.E.) Weather Alert Radios are loaded with all of the key messaging features. They also include the AM and FM broadcast bands--with FM RBDS. The CL-100s are also Public Alert Certified weather radios that receive all current NOAA report formats. Finding S.A.M.E. county codes on NOAA's website is easy! These radios make the perfect bedside alarm clock. You may set the sleep timer to 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes and doze off to soft music. You may also set the dual alarm timers and wake to the AM or FM radio or buzzer alarms. There's even a snooze button. You may choose to set the date, day and time manually--or automatically by RBDS. Additionally, CL-100s have variable dimmer and contrast controls for comfortably viewing the display in the dark.
