TBX Tower Mast Hardware Kits
TBX Tower Mast Hardware Kits provide mounting options for masts of 1.250 in. diameters. These high-quality mast hardware kits are made of weather-resistant materials for durability and long life. The MK2 clamp assembly is normally used with section 1 as the top section. The TC heavy-duty mast clamp flange is normally used with section 2 or 3 as the top section. Holes are provided on all top plates and rotor plates, however, to accommodate either one. TBX Tower Top Plates
TBX Tower Top Plates work in conjunction with the rotor plate to support lateral forces on the antenna mast. Each top plate has provision for a thrust tube to function as a bearing and allow the mast to turn freely. These top plates are supplied as replacements for the plates supplied with your tower kit or top section. Select your top plate by matching the plate number with the section number. For example, use a TP2 top plate with a TBX2A top section. NOTE: Only the TP3, which only fit on the THDBX series Extra Heavy-Duty Tower Packages, and the TBX3 section, is large enough for a DX Engineering Thrust Bearing, model DXE-TB-300, or ROHN Thrust Bearing model TB-3. A top plate seldom needs to be replaced. If yours does, then DX Engineering is the place to get your TBX Tower Top Plates!

TBX Tower Rotor Plates
TBX Tower Rotor Plates are shelves designed to mount inside of the tower's top section. They're available to fit the TBX, THBX, and THDBX series towers. The TBX Rotor Plates have elongated holes that accommodate most CDE, Hy-Gain and Yaesu rotator models. Note: TBX Rotor Plates are not drilled for the mounting of thrust bearings. They're drilled to accommodate mounting stationary mast brackets and clamps. Whether you're using the RP1 for the standard tower or the RP2 or RP3 for the heavier towers, the high quality of the heavy-gauge, zinc-plated rotor plate is the same.
