Hustler 6BTV 6-Band HF Vertical Antenna and DXE® Installation Guide Packages are trapped-vertical antennas that provide an omni-directional pattern. 6BTVs were designed as self-supporting verticals to provide efficient operation in the 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, and 75 or 80 meter bands. These antennas perform well in restricted space areas. For peak performance, a field of radial wires should be used. Hustler 6-BTVs provide for automatic selection of bands through the use of optimum-Q traps which are individually and precisely tuned and internally sealed at the factory. These traps are parallel-tuned circuits, which provide very effective isolation between the vertical sections, permitting precise multi-band operation. Broadband operation, with low SWR over the entire ham band, (limited on 80 and 75 meters), is possible in a proper installation. These antennas were designed to provide optimum performance from both an electrical and mechanical standpoint. Mechanically, these antennas boast a heavy-duty base and heavy-duty aluminum tubing throughout. The mechanical assembly is accomplished with all stainless steel hardware. Performance provided by the Hustler 6BTVs is better than any other antenna of this type. Broad-banding is such that one measurement and setting permits both phone and CW operation. The antenna provides nominal 52-ohm base impedance when installed and tuned according to the instructions. The radiation efficiency is equal to, or greater than, other trap verticals. Hustler G-3754 37-54 MHz Monoband Vertical Antennas
Hustler G-3754 37-54 MHz Monoband Vertical Antennas are full size 5/8 wave, 6 meter vertical antennas from Hustler. They were developed in the early 1970s and have been available ever since. Designed for commercial VHF and government VHF-Low Band use, they are extremely durable. They also provide gain of 6.4 dBi! A full size radiator with a lower radiation angle concentrates power closer to the horizon, where you want it. The elements are easily adjusted to any frequency from 37 through 54 MHz, so these antennas vary in height depending on the frequency to which they are tuned. For 6 meters, they are about 8.3 ft. tall. Tuned radials at the base of the vertical enhance electrical performance and help provide a 6 meter bandwidth of over 4.0 MHz with 2:1 SWR or less.
