Alpha Delta Coax Switches
Alpha Delta Coax Switches have a precision-machined switch shaft and quadrant mechanism for more accurate and stable switching performance. These switches have a low-loss micro-strip cavity design, positive detent switching, master antenna ground function, a front panel removable arc-plug surge protection module, and excellent HF through UHF performance. The unselected antenna ports are grounded for protection and maximum isolation. Alpha Delta Coax Switches are used worldwide in government, military, and commercial applications and are manufactured in Alpha Delta's ISO-9001 certified production facility in the USA. They come available with either a 2-port or 4-port position, and both have the option of either the UHF female (SO-239) or N female connector. These switches are all built into the same heavy-duty chassis that is 5.250 x 3.500 x 1.250 in. (WHD), excluding connectors and knob. Note: When placed in the "COM" position, all switch positions are grounded. When a port is selected, that port is ungrounded while all other ports remain grounded. Additional features include: * Higher strength, lower resistance sliver bearing solder * Durable abrasion resistance with powdercoated finish * Brass arc-plug housing for improved gas tube positioning Note: When available, please look at the files under the "Documentation" tab for additional product information. Coaxial switches have to work every time. Alpha Delta Coax Switches from DX Engineering have the quality and reliability you need!

4O3A AB Switch Relay
The 4O3A AB Switch Relay is a high isolation A/B switch, needed for some applications such as extension of an antenna matrix. The most common use case is routing the antenna between two existing high isolation antenna switches, so the isolation of this A/B Relay isn't quite as high as the RS3000 or 1A2R. Additional isolation is realized by grounding of the unused port. AB switch is powered by 13-15V through a dedicated power connector. It has an LED to indicate "out B" status. When powered off the input is routed to out A. AB Switch Relay Specifications: Port-to-port isolation at 30MHz: 56db to 70 dB (On/Off status) RF Power Handling (max.): 4000W Connectors: 3 x SO-239 (O3A-4O-AB-PL) Power: 12V DC @ 120mA Power Indication: LED diode Dimensions, WHD: 3.35 x 5.31 x 2.76 in. (85 x 135 x 70 mm) Weight: 0.22 lbs. (0.1 kg)

DX Engineering A/B Station Selectors
The DX Engineering A/B Station Selector Interlocked Coaxial Relay was designed for two-station multi-operator or SO2R contesting from 160 through 6 meters. Two radio inputs and one output for an amplifier, antenna or another relay, allow the AB Selector to function as two interlocked SPST normally open contact coaxial relays when controlled by a user provided SPDT switch or antenna selection automation. This device is a critical component that enables a single radio to access the shared output port while simultaneously isolating the other radio from that port. With over 80dB of isolation between the selected and unselected ports, there is no danger to the opposite receiver from high energy overload or burnout. In place of a manual switch, the AB Selector can be controlled from a distance, or remotely with automation, to select between two antennas or two remote antenna switches for one station feedline. It can also be used to remotely toggle a transceiver, amplifier or station output to either an antenna switch for normal operations or a dummy load for testing and tuning, instead of using a port on a remote antenna switch for the dummy load. Two A/B Station Selectors may be configured as a DPDT reversing switch, as shown in Figure 2 of the user manual, useful for switching two transceivers to two different towers, two antenna switches or two amplifiers that are tuned to different bands or segments, for Single Operator Two Radio (SO2R) stations. Several AB Selectors can be configured for a Multi-2 or Multi-Multi contest station in combination with third-party multi-port antenna switches and band decoders to create an automated band-specific antenna selector system. Contact DX Engineering for more information. The DX Engineering AB Station Selector is a drop-in replacement for the legacy TopTen Devices A/B Station Selector. This relay device features excellent port-to-port isolation, low SWR and low insertion loss, and is rated for full legal SSB and CW power on the 160 through 6 meter bands. This relay features three UHF female/SO-239 connectors, Radio-A, Radio-B and Common and a removable control connector with compression screw terminals. DC voltage input is +12 to 14VDC @ 110mA with sink-to-ground connections for A or B port selection. Neither A or B port is selected when neither A or B control terminal is grounded. The DX Engineering A/B Station Selector may be used for two different switching systems: one common input to two outputs or two inputs to a single common output. Figure 1 in the user manual shows how to connect a user provided SPST switch and power supply. For example, two radios or two amplifiers connected to A and B, can be switched to connect one antenna or antenna switch on the COMMON. Conversely, a single radio or amplifier connected to the COMMON port can be remotely switched between two antennas connected to A and B, or between two amplifiers feeding separate antennas. Alternatively, a station may use the switch to select between an antenna and a dummy load.

Daiwa CS-401 Four Position Coax Switches
Daiwa CS-401 Four Position Coax Switches feature clearly arranged input and output connectors for easy identification of connection positions and supports DC to 500MHz operation. It features four SO-239 output ports with a unique switching mechanism that ensures over 60dB isolation at 200MHz and grounds inactive antenna ports for enhanced safety. The CS-401 offers a maximum power rating of 2.5kW PEP (1kW CW), 50-ohm impedance, and less than 0.2dB insertion loss. The inactive antenna ports are always grounded to ensure stable and efficient switching. If any of the four positions are unused, selecting that port during a thunderstorm can help protect the radio from lightning-induced surges. However, note that a direct lightning strike to the connected antenna may still cause damage.

4O3A RS3000 Reversible Switch Controllers
4O3A RS3000 Reversible Switch Controllers are designed to improve the safety and efficiency of the RS3000 2x2 Reversible Coaxial Crossover Switch system. They ensure switching between radios and antennas only occurs when neither connected radio is transmitting, preventing accidental switching if one user begins transmitting while the other is still on the air. This makes it ideal for SO2R (Single Operator, Two Radios), MS (Multi-Single), or M2 (Multi-Two) contest configurations. These switch controllers operate on 13–15VDC input. A 3-pin DC output (5.08 mm pin header) connects to the RS3000 Crossover Switch. Before use, connect the PTT lines from both radios to the controller's RCA jacks. The controller connects to the RS3000 switch via the +12V/GND terminals. If a user attempts to switch while the other is transmitting, the controller delays the switch until the PTT line is inactive. During this delay, the "Wait" LED is illuminated. This ensures safe switching regardless of transmission frequency.

4O3A A50 Antenna/Load Switches
4O3A A50 Antenna/Load Switches serve as 50-ohm loads for open ports on the HFC4500 combiner or other multiplexer, preventing tuning degradation. Applying 12V power connects the input to the combiner's output, linking it to the corresponding combiner or filter. A typical setup switches a filter or a combiner to a monoband antenna. When the A50 is not powered, the switch defaults to a 50-ohm termination for the input and the antenna output is open. NOTE: The A50 is NOT an A/B switch. The manufacturer's label of "A/B Switch" is a product grouping, NOT an indication of the function of this product. The LOAD resistor is internal, so one of three connectors is unnecessary, which leaves an open hole in the chassis, a "normal feature" of the A50.
