Bushcomm FD-100 Broadband Folded Dipole Antennas are compact folded dipole alternatives to their best-selling model, the BBA-100 three-wire broad-band antenna. FD-100 Folded Dipoles not only cover the same frequency range as the BBA-100, it has the same overall length and the same power input of 125W PEP. Best of all, as with the majority of Bushcomm antennas, no tuner is required. These folded dipoles are multi-wire but relatively light in weight. By having only two stainless steel wires compared to the BBA-100's three wires, they also have less wind loading and an SWR of better than 2.5 (typically 1.5-1.6). Don't think that just because this is a less expensive antenna that it means quality or performance has been compromised in any way. They are designed in two lengths to cover either 2.0 to 30 MHz or 5 to 30 MHz without the use of an antenna tuner. Bushcomm SWE Series Broadband End-Fed Antennas
Bushcomm SWE Series Broadband End-Fed Antennas are single-wire HF broadband antennas designed for either permanent or quick-deployment occasional use. They have a frequency range of 3.5-30MHz without the need for a tuner. The easy to erect SWE-100 is an efficient broadband antenna. One side of the balun goes to ground and the other is elevated above the earth. SWE antennas are available in two combinations: 1. The bare SWE-100 antenna only, perfect for a permanent installation. 2. The SWE-100K is an SWE-100 antenna supplied with a Quick Deployment Kit that includes accessories for use while travelling or for temporary installation. 3. The SWE-100P includes "soft stainless" wire that is 49-strand versus the 7-strand wire used in other versions. In addition to the Quick Deployment Kit, the SWE-100P also includes a hand winder for more convenient portable use.
