Diex Antennas DXM Series Single-Band Shortened 2 Element Directional Antennas provide coil-shortened specialized coverage of a single HF band that can complement band coverage of existing antennas. Crafted with precision in Brazil using quality materials, these aluminum tubing antennas are designed to withstand tough environments assuring long-lasting, exceptional performance. They are packed partially assembled, saving valuable time and effort. Typically mounted on a rotatable mast, these unique single-band HF antennas provide high-band directionality depending upon installed height above ground. Given the nature of coil-shortened low-band antennas with limited SWR bandwidth, these antennas feature the flexibility of physical adjustment to set the lowest SWR to a specific frequency. Diex Antennas Single-Band Shortened Rigid Rotatable Dipoles power handling is 300W PEP SSB and 100W maximum for digital modes for the 20, 30 and 60M models, 1000W PEP for 80M and 1500W PEP for 40M, which is further limited if using an antenna tuner. NOTE: Diex Antennas recommends that HF antennas should be mounted on a tower at a minimum height of 33 to 50 ft. (10 - 15 meters) above ground level and must be installed in the clear, away from power lines, trees, buildings or other towers and antennas.

InnovAntennas DXC-140 40 Meter Rotatable Dipole
InnovAntennas DXC-140 40 Meter Rotatable Dipole covers the entire 40-meter band with particularly good efficiency, impressive SWR bandwidth and a very reasonable wingspan, just over 39 ft. (12m). There are several methods to shorten a mast-mounted rotatable dipole, including loading coils and capacity hats. The position of the coils is critical to efficiency--closer to center is mechanically easier, further out is electrically better. The designer has used both methods to build the Delta C-140 antenna robustly and efficiently, limiting the size to a turning radius under 20 ft. (6 m) that many radio amateurs can easily mount on their tower mast and rotate within their property limits. The advantage of this design is a very large usable bandwidth of the antenna--the DXC-140 can be used over the entire internationally approved range from 7.0 to 7.3 MHz without having to use a tuner (SWR 2:1 or better). In the DXing range from 7.0 to 7.2 MHz, the SWR is usually equal to or better than 1.6:1, making the efficiency of the antenna 89 percent! Due to the robust construction of the DXC-140, no guy wires are necessary. Some of the images of this model installed show examples with guy wires, as chosen by individual user dependent upon the location, due to the expectation of snow and ice, for example. However, the mechanical design and construction will handle heavy loads, with the element diameter of 2.17 in. (55mm) in the center with a wall thickness of 0.078 in. (2mm). The element diameter decreases towards the end of the element save weight, but the ends still have a diameter of 0.98 in. (25mm) to easily support the capacity hats. All in all, the DXC-140 antenna combines a carefully calculated design with a very robust construction from an experienced antenna designer. This is also supported by the materials used: UV-resistant insulators, seawater-proof stainless steel hardware, and aircraft-grade aluminum elements. The result is a rotatable dipole with high efficiency, with an overall length of only 39.4 ft. (12 m) and a weight of only 18.7 lbs. (8.5 kg). The InnovAntennas DXC-140 40 Meter Rotatable Dipole is creating enthusiasm for many radio amateurs around the world. Order the DXC-140 for your station from DX Engineering.

InnovAntennas DXR Series Multi-Band HF Beams
InnovAntennas DXR Series Multi-Band HF Beams have short booms with full-size elements or capacity-loaded shortened elements, all with excellent performance, making them very popular internationally. The DXR Series interlaced-element antennas, optimized by G0KSC over a long period of time, achieve the best possible balance between compact size and performance. For the DXR Series Multi-band Yagis, equal attention was paid to a very solid construction and sufficiently small component and packaging size, to keep shipping costs within reasonable limits. Click on any model listed for specific details and specifications. InnovAntennas DXR Series Multi-Band HF Beams are available exclusively from DX Engineering in North America. Important features of InnovAntennas DXR Series Multi-Band HF Beams: * No traps, matching links, or hairpins * Only one feed line for all bands * Careful selection of materials without regard to cost * Very robust construction with still manageable package size The DXR Series beams use a 1.97 x 1.97 in. (50 x 50 mm) square boom with 0.078 in. (2 mm) wall thickness. A square boom has the advantage that the elements cannot twist in the plane. On the other hand, it is slightly heavier than a round boom of the same stiffness. The DXR Yagis do not require any bracing of the boom. The longest elements are 1.378 in. (35 mm) diameter in the middle and taper relatively quickly to achieve a good compromise between weight and strength. This construction also helps to avoid constant vibration even in light winds. With these multi-band Yagis, care has been taken to ensure that there are never more than the elements of three bands nested within each other. This is because each additional element for one band can cause interference on another band. This negative effect was avoided by careful manual optimization. The result is the best possible matching over a wider band range than other antenna designs. In most cases, no tuner is necessary; the SWR minimum can be precisely set by adjusting the element lengths. Due to the robust construction and the absence of moving or electrically active components such as coils, traps, hairpins, etc., an InnovAntennas DXR beam is maintenance-free for many years. The insulators are UV-resistant and designed for a wide temperature range. The mounting hardware uses sea-water resistant stainless steel and the aluminum is type T6 6066/6082, which is also used in aviation. It is nice not to have to climb the mast every year to maintain the antenna. The DXR Series Multiband beams are designed to require only one feed line. This makes installation on a mast with a rotor very easy. And the use of modern SDR transceivers, which allow the observation of several bands at the same time, becomes really useful. The one feed line is connected directly to the solid distribution rails of the fed elements. By avoiding baluns, matching elements, traps, or hairpins for tuning, transmit power is only limited by the coaxial cable and connectors. Note: Front-to-back ratio (F/B) and SWR bandwidth data for the DXR Series will be added as it becomes available. Many models of the DXR Series are available as a "super-compact" version, on which the longest elements have been shortened with capacity hats, thus reducing their turning radius considerably. The installation of these impressive antennas is possible even where space is limited.

InnovAntennas 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beams
InnovAntennas 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beams from G0KSC represents significant development of LFA Yagis with a substantial difference: LFA-Q (Loop Fed Array Quad) Beams use top and bottom booms with through-boom LFA Yagi-style loops arranged vertically for every element. This very rugged design achieves better gain for a given length of boom and much lower noise for better signal quality compared to conventional Yagi antennas. InnovAntenna LFA-Q quad structure provides high directivity, eliminating unwanted spurious radiation. They achieve great side and rear rejection while retaining excellent gain, front-to-back and SWR bandwidth across the band. These are amazingly compact, high gain directional antennas, constructed to withstand serious weather conditions! Antennas of this series can be built and tuned to operate on a 500 kHz section of the 10 meter 28 MHz Amateur Band or on the 11 meter 27 MHz Citizens Band. The desired band is easily selected by changing the length of the outer element sections during construction – exact dimensions are provided in the instructions. The driven loop element feedpoint impedance is 50 ohms which allows a direct feed at high transmitting power. Vertical stacking of two or more antennas can significantly increase directivity, gain and signal quality; an interesting alternative when available space prevents the installation of long boom beam antennas. Just like other HF quads, LFA-Q vertical loop-fed quads are inherently quieter than a Yagi of the same size, making them a perfect choice for use in any location with high ambient noise level, such as a city or densely populated neighborhood. There is a 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beam version that matches your space, support, and wallet: - The 2-element economy version has loop spacing booms of only 2.3 ft. (70 cm); - The 3-element compact version booms are 10.5 ft. (3.2m) in length: - The 4-element performance model boom lengths are 26.9 ft. (8.2 m). Each LFA-Q is very stable mechanically, with mast clamps on each boom, top and bottom! Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, extensive modeling and testing, the durability and reliable performance of InnovAntennas 10M or 11M Loop-Fed Quad Beams is undeniable.

DX Engineering PS-3B PRO-STACK Three Antenna Phasing System
Dominate the airwaves with a DX Engineering PS-3B PRO-STACK Three Antenna Phasing System. Achieve ultimate array control and performance with three identical Yagi or Log Periodic directional antennas or use the system for vertical antennas in a phased array. DXE-PS-3B Pro-Stack Units are frequency independent broadband phasing devices that operate with three antennas on any bands, from 160 through 10 meters. Select from twelve combinations of in-phase and out-of-phase for pattern and null steering that wins contests and snags the rarest DX! DXE-PS-3B-P PRO-STACK Three Antenna Phasing Systems consist of one DXE-PS-3B Relay Unit and one DXE-EC-PS3 Control Console with manual 12-position rotary switch. This advanced system requires only 9-conductor control cable and standard 50-ohm feedlines of equal lengths to each antenna. DXE-PS-3B Pro-Stack Broadband Three Antenna Phasing Systems offer these compelling features: - Power Handling up to 5 kW - Broad band coverage on 160-10 meters - RF Shielded Weatherproof Housing - unique protection - DXE-PS-3B has High-RF tolerant, silver - PTFE SO-239 (UHF female) connectors - DXE-PS-3BN-P are high-quality silver-PTFE Type N female connectors - DXE-PS-3BDIN has Amphenol Connex 7-16 DIN Panel Connectors - Proven high current DX Engineering RF Relays - Safe 12 volt DC relay operation - MOV surge protection on control lines - RoHS compliant assembly DXE-PS-3B Broadband Phasing Units provide the greatest flexibility for three identical antennas. This relay unit contains a broad-bandwidth high-power 2:1 impedance matching transformer. This eliminates common requirements of using mixtures of 75 ohm and 50 ohm phasing or delay cables for impedance matching. Feedlines to each antenna from the relay unit must be the same cable of the same length and match the antenna impedance. So all of them need only be as long as the longest, to reach from the antennas to the relay unit. While it is best to have feedlines of equal electrical lengths, there is no need to closely phase-match cables; cutting the antenna feedlines made from the same coax to equal physical lengths is sufficient. To ensure lowest SWR, impedance matching automatically changes when any antenna is disabled. By switching between antennas at different heights above ground and/or changing the phase relationship between multiple antennas. The old standard system in stacks was to activate or disable specific antennas in the stack to change pattern. However, with the Pro-Stack system, gain remains higher when all antennas are driven and phase is changed, plus this system allows phase inversion as well as the ability to switch any single antenna out of the array. Signals arrive at your antenna system from different azimuth directions and different elevation angles. Adding a stacking phasing system to a rotational array adds the ability to steer the pattern of the antenna array in two planes, azimuth and elevation, and to move the major lobe and nulls. This is accomplished by switching between three identical antennas that are properly spaced for phasing, as well as changing the phase relationship between the antennas to effect changes in the null positons of their elevation patterns. The greatest advantage of equipping your array with a DX Engineering Pro-Stack is the ability to move debilitating pattern nulls away from signal arrival angles. While gain makes a marginal improvement, moving a 20 to 40 dB null can make a phenomenal change in reception. So, the Pro-Stack can make the difference between a barely readable and a strong signal, thus providing the performance edge needed to work rare DX - and win contests. Note: Whenever the DX Engineering "Documentation" tab is available, please look at the associated files for additional product information. InnovAntennas High HF Band Optimized Log Periodic Arrays
InnovAntennas High HF Band Optimized Log Periodic Arrays (BOLPA) are unique directional antennas that cover the high HF bands. Rather than sizing and distributing all elements to provide uniform performance everywhere, the BOLPA has been optimized to provide the highest performance within the Amateur Radio bands, resulting in exceptional performance across the entire covered bands. With a direct 50-ohm feed point, the overall front-to-back ratio and antenna gain is significantly improved compared to conventional 200-ohm LPDAs. Designer Justin Johnson, G0KSC, describes the BOLPA design in more detail in the "ARRL Antenna Book." If you want a high HF beam antenna that lasts and performs in all weather conditions, without SWR or bandwidth shifting, order one of the BOLPA listed here! BOLPA-4 The BOLPA-4 is brand new and offers the advantages of the BOLPA for those who have less space. The BOLPA-4 has a twin-boom length of 18 ft. (5.5 m) made of 1.25 in. square tubing, with only 4 elements, but fully covers the 15 meter band and the 24.8 – 30 MHz range, including the 12, 11 and 10 meters bands. Like all BOLPAs, the BOLPA-4 has a direct feed point impedance of 50 ohms and is a super heavy duty antenna that will survive wind speeds in excess of 100 mph (160km/h). SWR Sweep is 1.5:1 or under for the entire 9 MHz frequency range - No antenna tuner or matching is needed! BOLPA-3 The BOLPA-3 is manufactured on a much smaller boom and is therefore the logical choice for lightweight masts. The BOLPA-3 has an 11.5 ft. (3.5 m) twin-boom made of square 1.0 in, tubing and covers 24.8 MHz to 30 MHz without gaps, including the 12, 11 and 10 meters bands. So it is an excellent choice for those who want something for the upper HF bands for the current solar peak. SWR Sweep is well below 1.5:1 for the entire 6 MHz frequency range - No tuner or matching is needed! BOLPA-2 The BOLPA-2 is a very compact version of this antenna type with only a 7.9 ft. (2.4 m) boom and 2 elements. The BOLPA-2 covers the 11m and 10m band. Even on 12m the antenna can still be operated with a tuner and still has around 4.5 dBi on this band. If the space on the mast is limited, but 10m is a must, the BOLPA-2 is the right choice. SWR Sweep is 1.5:1 or under for the entire frequency range - No tuner or matching is needed!
