Phonema Oscar Speakers
Phonema Oscar Speakers deliver "Sound from the Sky" with an innovative overhead spherical design that envelopes the listener in a unique and engaging audio experience. Oscar is designed to be hung above the radio desk. The directivity of the speaker allows the audio to be concentrated in a 57 degree beam, limiting the travel of radio sounds beyond the radio room and reducing the nuisance to the rest of the home. With this speaker suspended from the ceiling, centered above the radio operator, the sound is perceived as coming from within, similar to wearing headphones, resulting in improved mental concentration on signals and reduced fatigue. Carefully designed with top grade materials, Oscar Speakers reproduce clear and comfortable sound. From weak Morse signals to strong broadcast and all modes in between, Oscar Speakers are an excellent choice, especially for places where there is no room for a good speaker to be placed on the desk or shelf. The Phonema Oscar-1 audio is connected by cable. Exquisite attention to design details provides a speaker with warmth and a touch of elegance and personality for your shack. Order Oscar-1 and all Phonema Speakers from DX Engineering, your exclusive North America Phonema dealer.
