ICOM SM-30 Desktop Microphones
ICOM SM-30 Desktop Microphones are compact, lightweight, unidirectional, electret condenser microphones. These quality desk microphones feature a selectable low cut function and a microphone output level that can adjusted by a trimmer on the bottom of the microphones. Their bases have PTT and PTT Lock switches and a red "PTT lock" lamp. The characteristics of SM-30s have been optimized for SSB and FM voice communications. These SM-30 microphones' cables terminate to standard ICOM 8 pin round microphone plugs. SM-30 Desktop Microphones may also be used with select ICOM mobile transceivers that have modular microphone jacks, using the correct adapters. The push-on and push-off style of the main PTT button allows you to change between transmit and receive by momentarily pressing the main PTT button.
