Times Microwave Systems® Bulk Coaxial Cables
Times Microwave Systems Bulk Coaxial Cables are recognized as superior RF cable products. The standard Times Microwave LMR® is a UV-resistant polyethylene jacketed cable designed for 20-year service in outdoor use. Depending upon size, LMR® cable has a solid copper or copper clad solid aluminum center conductor. Their bending and handling characteristics are significantly better than air-dielectric and corrugated hard line cables. LMR-DB® cable has a waterproofing compound to prevent moisture intrusion after a minor abrasion. Times Microwave Systems EZ Series and TC Series connectors are suitable for use on standard LMR® and LMR-DB® cables. Times Microwave Systems LMR® UltraFlex (UF) cables have a stranded bare copper center and a rubber jacket (black thermoplastic elastomer) designed for repeated bending. Times Microwave TC Series crimp connectors are designed for use on LMR® UltraFlex cables. LMR®'s RF shielding is typically 50 dB greater than standard coax. The copper shield and multi-ply bonded foil outer conductor is rated conservatively at greater than 90 dB. That's better than 180 dB isolation between two adjacent cables. A wide variety of connectors are available for LMR cables, including all common interface types, reverse polarity, and a choice of solder or non-solder center pins. DX Engineering Silver Plated UHF Flanged Double Female Bulkhead Connector Kits are high-quality silver-plated connector kits that provide a positive, permanently secure connection for your coaxial cable.
