DX Engineering TB300 Advanced Design Thrust Bearings offer a major advance in mechanics that solve the issues with competing tower mast bearings that wear out too quickly They are specifically designed for a vertically mounted 1.5 to 2.0 inch OD tower mast installed for the efficient rotation of directional HF, VHF, UHF and SHF antennas. Introduced in early 2021, the upgraded DX Engineering TB300 features high quality stainless steel ball bearings and stainless steel races that keep the bearings very clean. ROHN SA253UA Side Arm Mounts are designed to stand the antenna off the tower by 36 in. and to fit ROHN 25G tower sections with round 1.25 in. legs. Carlson Heavy-Duty 25G Hinged Tower Base Plate
Carlson Heavy-Duty 25G Hinged Tower Base Plates share the same bolt down and leg pattern as Rohn and American Tower 25G series towers, allowing any 25G tower to be tilted up or down for easy maintenance. Made in the USA to accurate tolerances for a smooth and secure fit, the all-steel construction of these extremely heavy-duty hinged base plates, along with Thermal Diffusion Galvanizing, provides a secure foundation for your tower project. Amerite base plates cannot be used in self-supporting applications… they must be used for bracketed or guyed installations only. DX Engineering offers Heavy Duty 4130 Chromoly Steel Masts in both 11 foot and 22 foot lengths. DX Engineering Heavy-Duty 4130 Chromoly Steel Masts offer ham radio operators an opportunity to stack large antennas. These 2-inch and 3-inch outside diameter galvanized masts feature a 0.250-inch wall thickness and meet ASTM A-513 Type 5 ratings. These high-strength carbon steel masts are cold-drawn and electric-welded with a specified yield stress rating of over 100,000 psi! Tensile strength minimum is above 110,000 psi. Minimum Rockwell B hardness is 96. They are temperature stress-relieved to ensure consistent mechanical strength. The use of DX Engineering Lightning Rod Mast Mounts could protect your tower, antennas and station equipment from disastrous lightning damage. DX Engineering Lightning Rod Mast Mounts are 1/8 in. heavy-duty stainless steel clamps that will long outlast your steel tower. Carlson Heavy Duty 25G Adjustable Wall Brackets are designed to clamp 25G series towers using a hinged base onto a solid vertical structure, such as a house wall just below the eave or a commercial brick wall. The distance from the house to the wall is adjustable from 8 to 22 inches for hinged towers and from 8 to 36 inches for stationary towers. The House Bracket is constructed from high-strength 1/8in. 5052 aluminum channel and stainless-steel hardware. At the towers hinge point, the primary forces acting on the towers are in the X and Y directions (left, right, forward, and backward). Z (up and down) forces are not significant here. ROHN Tower Adjustable House Brackets include the standard duty models for wall and eave bracing of 25G series towers that are installed as self-supporting or guyed. As with all ROHN tower accessories, these bracket models are all galvanized. ROHN Tower Adjustable House Brackets are completely adjustable, from 0 in. up to 36 in. offset depending on model, to handle most house wall bracketing installation of 25G tower where there is an overhanging eave to be cleared. These models HB25AG, HB25BG, and HB25CG are intended for use for a guyed or self-supporting ROHN 25G tower installations. Even for 25G towers that are installed with a sufficient base and design to be self-supporting, many municipalities require towers that are mounted next to a house to be bracketed to the house.
