Yaesu FT-65R 144/430 MHz Dual-Band HTs are very compact, ruggedly constructed handheld VHF/UHF rigs with three selectable power settings of 5W, 2.5W, or 0.5W. Their big front panel speaker provides a full 1 watt of crisp, clear audio. These units come supplied with a 1950mAh Li-ion battery pack capable of providing over 9 hours of operation. An optional, higher-capacity 2500mAh Li-ion battery is available for over 11.5 hours of operating time. A 2.5 hour rapid charger comes standard, making the transceiver ready to operate at any time. Yaesu FT-3185R VHF FM Mobile Transceivers are powerful mobile transceivers designed for the 2-meter amateur band, offering up to 85W of power with additional selectable power settings of 50W, 20W or 5W. They feature a large, aluminum heatsink for passive cooling. Essential features include CTCSS/DCS encode/decode, Automatic Power-Off (APO), Time-Out Timer (TOT), and Automatic Repeater Shift (ARS), making the FT-3185R a reliable choice for mobile 2-meter operation. Yaesu FT-70DR Dual Band HT Transceivers are compact and very attractively priced YAESU System Fusion transceivers, providing both conventional analog FM operation and the advanced C4FM Digital mode. FT-70DR HTs provide up to 5W of reliable RF power, and its large front speaker delivers 700mW of audio output—very handy in noisy environments. Because C4FM has better BER (Bit Error Rate) characteristics than other digital modulation protocols, users may expect consistent, exceptional audio quality. FT-70DR Transceivers include Yaesu's unique Automatic Mode Select (AMS) function. AMS detects the operating mode of the received signal as C4FM digital or analog FM, and then automatically and instantly switches the receiver to the appropriate mode. Users do not need to manually change between modes. The multi-colored LED Mode-Indicator displayed on the front allows the operator to easily see what mode the FT-70DR is in at any given moment.
