Yaesu FT5DR 2m/70cm C4FM/FM Digital Handheld Transceivers provide reliable 5 watt RF power output in an amazingly lightweight, compact design. Enjoy loud and clear analog FM and digital C4FM voice quality with this full-featured 144/440 MHz HT that can deliver a full watt of audio power. Two independent receivers support true dual-band operation (V+V, U+U, V+U, U+V), plus C4FM digital voice and data with the A and B receivers. Large individual LED indicators for the A band and B band present the status and communication modes (C4FM or Analog) of each band instantly. The FT5DR supports simultaneous C4FM digital (C4FM/C4FM standby) and the convenient TOUCH & GO feature allows fast access for communications on often-used frequencies. The FT5DR high-resolution display highlights the frequency of the operational band with its color display selectable to white, blue, or red. Three touch panel keys and the backlit 7-button key pad below the display provide intuitive operability. The Band Scope function monitors in real time, up to 79 displayed channels centered on the current VFO frequency. The center frequency can be tuned by the dial knob or by touching and moving the frequency of a displayed channel bar. With rubber protection on the corners of the main body, the FT5DR has rugged and shock-resistant construction with an upgraded waterproof rating of IPX7. The comfortable size and form of the full-flat back body provides an excellent grip of the radio. The FT5DR C4FM digital communication features include Automatic Mode Select (AMS), Digital Group ID (DG-ID) operation, Smart Navigation function and the FT5DR supports the WiRES-X Portable Digital Node Function. Yaesu FTM-510DR C4FM Digital/FM Dual Band Mobile Transceivers are high-performance C4FM digital/FM 144/430 MHz dual-band mobile transceivers, offering 55W (VHF) and 50W (UHF) transmission power. As an advanced version of the FTM-500DR, it provides improved reception quality and enhanced user-friendliness with new features. The FTM-510DR includes the Super-DX feature but requires an optional SPU-1 board for ASP operation. All other basic and improved features are the same as the FTM-510DR ASP. Key Features: Super DX Function is available in both C4FM digital and FM analog modes, increases the sensitivity of the RF amplifier, improving the reception of weak signals. Optional ASP (Audio Digital Signal Processor) with the installation of the optional SPU-1 Board, ASP can be activated in FM analog mode. Digital signal processing filters out noise from FM signals, ensuring clearer audio reproduction. The ASP AUTO mode automatically activates this function when weak signals are detected. The FTM-510DR is ideal for DX operations, mobile applications, and fixed station use, especially in environments with weak signal reception. The improved PMG (Primary Memory Group) and MAG (Memory Auto Grouping) functions allow for intuitive frequency management. Up to five VFO or memory channels can be monitored simultaneously, with received signals visually displayed and distinguished by color.
