Alinco DJ-G46T Cross-Touch GMRS+FRS Hand-Held Radios

Alinco DJ-G46T Cross-Touch GMRS+FRS Hand-Held Radios are an excellent alternative to cellphones for communicating with someone nearby in various environments. These 5W weatherproof radios are GMRS repeater-ready with features such as hands-free VOX, keypad lock, voice guidance and a handy LED flashlight. Expected coverage is up to 2 miles or more when located in flat, noise-free environments. The coverage distance will become drastically reduced in urban and noisy environments and will depend heavily on the local environment; this distance is extendable with the use of a GMRS repeater service.
