Hamplus HR-100L Rotator Controller with PC Interface

The Hamplus HR-100L Rotator Controller was developed to offer an inexpensive solution for manual and PC control of all models of rotators that use a 24 volt DC motor and a position indicating potentiometer. It is specifically designed to connect to any existing Yaesu rotator and control cable. This compact desktop unit features a black front panel with four illuminated directional memory buttons, a red three-digit LCD display to indicate rotator azimuth, an azimuth selection encoder knob, two buttons for CW and CCW advance, a special +180° button for an easy Long Path selection, two LEDs to indicate the ends of rotation and one LED in the LCD to indicate overlap. The HR-100L also has an RS-232 Serial port for PC control with any third party software, such as rig control and logging software, which supports the Yaesu protocol for rotators. A rear panel switch selects either 120VAC or 240VAC input voltage and the Yaesu style 6-pin connector is ready for the control cable to any Yaesu or 24VDC rotator, including G-450DC, G-800DXA, G-1000DXA and G-2800DXA, as well as other brands that use a similar configuration. With dimensions (WHD) of 12.2 x 5.9 x 13.0 in (310 x 150 x 330mm), the Hamplus HR-100L Rotator Controller is simple to set up and amazingly easy to use with your rotator! DX Engineering Yaesu Rotator Cable Assemblies are directly compatible, premade in lengths of 10, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 and 250 ft.
