4O3A Power Genius XL 3X1 HF/6M Amplifiers
4O3A Power Genius XL 3X1 HF/6M Amplifiers are solid-state amplifiers capable of delivering 1500W+ output across the 160-6M amateur bands, engineered for high-performance amateur radio use. The PGXL 3X1 uses dual NXP MRF1K50H LDMOS transistors, each rated for 1.5 kW, providing high headroom, low IMD, and clean signal output. The Power Genius XL 3x1 features a 3-to-1 antenna switching module, allowing you to connect three antennas to a single radio. As a result, the software interface differs slightly to accommodate this functionality. The integrated MEffA™ algorithm dynamically adjusts DC voltage for optimal efficiency. Additional features include fast SWR protection, advanced thermal management, and seamless integration with FlexRadio systems via SmartSDR. They also support third-party radios through Ethernet, RS232, CI-V, and BCD interfaces.

When paired with two 403A Antenna Genius switches (O3A-40-AG8X2 or O3A-40-AG8X2-N), it forms a powerful 8×4 antenna matrix, allowing up to eight antennas to be routed to four radios with exceptional isolation. Built with the needs of high-power stations in mind, the 8xAB Switch delivers robust performance, intuitive operation, and a clean, maintainable installation. The primary motivation behind the 8xAB switch is the integration of two Antenna Genius smart switches into an 8×4 Super Switch.

4O3A A50 Antenna/Load Switches
4O3A A50 Antenna/Load Switches serve as 50-ohm loads for open ports on the HFC4500 combiner or other multiplexer, preventing tuning degradation. Applying 12V power connects the input to the combiner's output, linking it to the corresponding combiner or filter. A typical setup switches a filter or a combiner to a monoband antenna. When the A50 is not powered, the switch defaults to a 50-ohm termination for the input and the antenna output is open. NOTE: The A50 is NOT an A/B switch. The manufacturer's label of "A/B Switch" is a product grouping, NOT an indication of the function of this product. The LOAD resistor is internal, so one of three connectors is unnecessary, which leaves an open hole in the chassis, a "normal feature" of the A50.
