DX Engineering RG-400 cable assemblies are terminated with the classic silver plated Amphenol 831SP PL-259 and UG-175 reducers or BNC Male connectors. DXE-RG400 is specifically recommended for short length cable assembly use in VHF/UHF duplex repeater applications.

RG-400 may be the same size as RG-58A/U, but it is an aerospace-level performance cable with dramatically improved ratings in all categories.

NOTE: RG-400 is a 0.195 in. diameter cable. RG-400 is NOT related in any way to DXE-400MAX or LMR-400 cables which are 0.405 in. diameter.
