The W2HVH Enclosures Yaesu FTX-1/Field Portable Go-Bag Mounting System provides a complete transport and operating solution for the Yaesu FTX-1 Field transceiver. The integrated mounting frame and faceplate feature individually fused Anderson Powerpole® power and charging connections, along with SO-239 HF/50 MHz and 144/430 MHz antenna connections, allowing quick and convenient station setup in the field.
The enclosure is designed to accommodate the optional FC-80 automatic antenna tuner, which mounts on the back of the radio. This configuration keeps the radio, tuner, power distribution, and all cabling contained within a single portable package, eliminating the need to transport and connect multiple separate components.
Mounted inside the chassis is a four-position fuse block and a negative bus bar for clean power distribution. Includes a battery mounting bracket designed to accept the BLF-1206A 6.0 Ah battery (sold separately), along with all internal wiring required for a tidy radio installation.
The Yaesu FTX-1 Field Portable Go-Bag Radio Mounting System features zippered front-panel openings that provide full access to the radio's faceplate, allowing convenient operation while the radio remains installed in the bag. A large, zippered storage pouch offers ample space for accessories such as the microphone, USB cable, and other field operating essentials.
