Momobeam Mono5-15 Monoband Yagi Antennas

Momobeam Mono5-15 Monoband Yagi Antennas are five element OWA (Optimized Wideband Antenna) designs that provide traditional, reliable performance for 15 meter operation. They easily cover the entire band with a flat SWR curve below 1.5:1, delivering excellent front to back ratio and strong gain across the operating range.

Built on a robust square boom, these antennas include an assembly tool along with spare bolts and aluminum tubing, with all hardware supplied in clearly labeled bags and every aluminum tube individually marked to ensure fast and trouble free assembly. MONO5 15 antennas can be mast mounted or side mounted on towers and require a medium duty rotator for optimal directional control.

A 3kW RF choke balun is included as standard equipment—an essential component that many manufacturers offer only as an optional upgrade. Momobeam RF Chokes are built using high quality, low loss, double shielded coaxial cable with a Teflon dielectric, combined with carefully selected ferrite material sleeved over the cable. Together, these elements create a high impedance path for RF, providing excellent isolation between the antenna and the coaxial feedline.
