Chameleon Antenna MPAS Lite with Hybrid Mini Modular Antenna Systems

CHAMELEON ANTENNA CHA MPAS Lite is the little brother of the CHA MPAS 2.0. The Modular Portable Antenna System is a concept allowing the radio operator to configure and deploy the antenna system in a variety of configurations. Some of the possible deployment configurations include Vertical, Horizontal, Sloper, Inverted V, Inverted L, NVIS, Balcony, Vehicle (Stationary) and Backpack Portable.

The MPAS Lite With Hybrid MINI Antenna System consists of:
• 1 X CHA HYBRID-MINI Feedpoint with SO-239
• 1 X 60 ft. Wire
• 1 X SS17 (17' long collapsible stainless steel whip)
• 1 X CHA SPIKE
• 1 X CHA 50 ft. coax with RFI choke
• Stainless Steel Hardware
Longer antenna wires, counterpoise and carry bag are user supplied.

The integral broadband impedance matching network transformer of the CHA HYBRID-MINI allows broadband antenna tuning. These antennas will operate from 1.8 - 54 MHz, continuous, without any adjustment when using a wide-range antenna tuner (the shortest configuration has limited performance below 3.5 MHz).

The CHA MPAS Lite With Hybrid MINI Antenna System details:
* Frequency Range: 1.8 - 54 MHz (all configurations require a wide-range antenna tuner)
* CHA HYBRID MINI with 60 ft. wire and customer-supplied counterpoise: 1.8 MHz through 54 MHz
* CHA SS17 TELESCOPIC WHIP: 24-54 MHz (whip only)
* CHA HYBRID MINI, all configurations: 250 W (CW, AM, FM, RTTY), 500 W SSB
RF Connection:
* UHF Female on CHA HYBRID MINI UHF Female SO-239

Use of SS17 WHIP is NOT RECOMMENDED for permanent installations
