Chameleon Antenna Counterpoise Kits are made for portable antenna deployments, ideal for operations like POTA, SOTA and Field Day. These counterpoise wire kits work with many portable vertical antennas to create the required ground plane radials for improved transmitted and received signals. Each wire is terminated with a 3/8 in. ring terminal that attaches to the base of the Chameleon Hybrid MICRO, Hybrid MINI, Chameleon Jaw Mount, or other vertical antenna bases with a 3/8 in. screw terminals for radials. Two kits work better than one. Spread radial wires out evenly, using as many as practical, for best results.
These counterpoise kits contain the following:

4 - 25 ft. Tinned copper wire with KEVLAR PTFE (Teflon) jacket
4 - Isolating O-rings.
4 – Plastic Wire Winders
4 - Steel Tent Stakes
