NCE-JKEY-8 works with almost any CW key and keyer paddle and includes a 59 in. (1.5m) 3.5mm TRS connector patch cable and two adapters; one 3.5mm female to 6.5mm male adapter and one 6.5mm female to 3.5mm male adapter.
