DX Engineering OTMC-250P Mounting Clamp Kits
DX Engineering OTMC-250P Mounting Clamp Kits are versatile double-V saddle clamp and hardware sets that mount a pipe or tube to a plate with extreme security. Featuring two folded stainless steel toothed-V saddles with multiple points of grip, these clamps provide superior clamping and holding power than generic U-bolts. Designed for the DX Engineering OMNI-TILT™ Tilt Bases, all stainless steel OTMC Mounting Clamp Kits may be used in many applications for mounting antennas and other apparatus to pipes and tubing. These clamps can mount pipes and tubing ranging from 1-1/4 up to 2-1/2 inches OD (outside diameter); another important feature of these ingenious clamps. DX Engineering OTMC-250P Mounting Clamp Kits, model DXE-OTMC-250P contain all of these parts: 2 each - Toothed V-Saddles, Stainless Steel, clamps 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 in. DX Engineering Saddle Clamps are the best designed and tested clamps you'll find anywhere! And, the selection is extensive! Designed specifically to fit and secure tubing to surfaces in antenna construction, our Saddle Clamps are built strong to prevent slippage. DX Engineering U-bolts and V-bolts are crafted from high-strength 18-8 stainless steel with enough length to attach to thick plates. Saddles are cast from high-strength 535.0 aluminum with a rippled surface for superb gripping plus superior anti-corrosion properties. Saddles are available with natural or powder coated finishes. Need to clamp steel pipe or ground rods? Choose our V-clamps with stainless steel saddles. They have serrated teeth for clamping to a pipe or rod securely. All saddle clamps include stainless steel flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. NOTE: Due to the nature of high-tolerance metals, especially stainless steel, this hardware requires the application of an anti-seize thread lubricant before assembly to prevent galling and seizing. Designed for mounting round tubing and pipe members perpendicular or parallel to each other, DX Engineering Genius Clamps, models DXE-SSGC-2P (for perpendicular attachment) and DXE-SSGC-2VP (for parallel attachment), are the tower and tubing accessories the world has been waiting for. If you want to build an exceptionally strong tower side-arm to side mount a big dipole, vertical antenna or Yagi on your tower, our Genius Clamps for perpendicular use are perfect for the job! When you need to attach two pieces of pipe or tubing side by side in a parallel configuration, our Genius Clamps for parallel use will handle it! In fact, they're so versatile that their use is limited only by imagination! These totally stainless steel clamping accessories facilitate creating many varieties of mounts for your antenna systems. Because their construction is high-quality 1/8- in. thick 304 stainless steel, Genius Clamps will last well beyond the life of a steel tower. Cycle 24 Galvanized Economy Saddle Clamps
Cycle 24 Galvanized Economy Saddle Clamps offer U-bolt clamps that are an inexpensive solution for your antenna and tower projects. Their galvanized steel saddles and U-bolts will last for many years in outdoor environments. All of their saddle clamps include split lock washers and hex nuts. Their 3/8 in. diameter U-bolts feature a unique, flat surface at the top of the U-bolt for improved gripping of the tubing. The 3 in. and 3-1/2 in. saddles are closed and spot-welded on the ends, before galvanizing, for increased strength and longevity. All Cycle 24 saddle clamps are strong!
