Carlson Heavy-Duty 25G Hinged Tower Base Plate
Carlson Heavy-Duty 25G Hinged Tower Base Plates share the same bolt down and leg pattern as Rohn and American Tower 25G series towers, allowing any 25G tower to be tilted up or down for easy maintenance. Made in the USA to accurate tolerances for a smooth and secure fit, the all-steel construction of these extremely heavy-duty hinged base plates, along with Thermal Diffusion Galvanizing, provides a secure foundation for your tower project. Engineers thoughtfully designed all connecting points for these heavy-duty hinged base plates with larger 1/2in. hinge bolts, instead of the standard 3/8in. bolts and the tilt plate and gussets are 3/8in. thick instead of 1/4in. The mounting pegs are solid steel and recessed into the base plate for added strength. The layout of the 3 pegs is 11.25in. center-to-center and the peg diameter is 1.060in. to match the 25G tower leg dimension of 1.080in., allowing .020 of clearance. A Professional Engineer study of this design revealed these base plates are approximately 2 times the strength of their competitors. For bracketed or guyed towers.

Amerite Tower Base Plates
American Tower Company Amerite Tower Base Plates allow you to mount your AME-25, 45 or 55 series tower using several different methods. Amerite base plates cannot be used in self-supporting applications… they must be used for bracketed or guyed installations only. Amerite drive-in base plates are for mounting a bracketed or guyed tower directly onto tightly compacted soil; intended for short term and temporary installations. They are made of steel and are completely galvanized. Towers mounted on drive-in base plates MUST be bracketed or guyed at all times. They are designed to prevent the bottom of a temporary tower from "kicking out" and causing tower collapse. They are great for Field Day and other interim applications. Amerite hinged tower base plates allow you to mount your Amerite 25G-series tower using six 1/2 in. x 12 in. base bolts embedded in the concrete pier. Amerite hinged base plates enable the tower to be rotated up from the base during installation. Hinged tower base plates must be used in bracketed or guyed tower applications only. Be confident in your tower installation with Amerite tower base plates. Whether for roof or ground mounting, permanent-hinged or temporary use, these American Tower Company Amerite Tower Base Plates from DX Engineering help to raise your tower!

ROHN BPC25G Concrete Base Plates
These ROHN BPC25G Concrete Base Plates provide an easy and secure way to mount your guyed or bracketed ROHN 25G tower to a concrete pier, without the need for embedding a tower section in concrete. With these base plates, only a single 3/4 x 12 in. Pier Pin embedded in the standard concrete base is required to anchor the base of a ROHN 25G Series guyed tower. This is possible since lateral forces are minimized at the base of the tower. A slight pivoting of the pier pin anchored tower base is natural and allowable, as virtually all of the guyed tower forces are exerted vertically onto the concrete pier. BPC25G Concrete Base Plates are completely hot-dip galvanized after fabrication and are designed to work only with Rohn 25G Series straight tower sections. Setting the standard in towers for decades, Rohn has supported more ham antennas than any other brand. Start your tower build with one of these BPC25G Concrete Base Plates from DX Engineering!

ROHN Flat Roof Mounts
ROHN Flat Roof Mounts bolt directly to your flat roof surface to support a guyed ROHN 25G or 45G tower. The flat roof location must be water-tight and reinforced to support tower/antenna weight. These bases require the tower to be guyed or bracketed and cannot be used as a self-supporting base plate. These tower bases use double-bolted attachment joints, which are proven to be the best method of joining tower sections for sturdiness and dependability. The associated tower can be used in guyed or bracketed configurations. Roof mounted tower options may limit potential height considerably by restricted guy line lengths and anchoring options. To mount your ROHN 25G or 45G Series tower to a flat roof, use one of these ROHN Flat Roof Mounts from DX Engineering.

They are made of steel and are completely galvanized. As specified by ROHN, 25G towers mounted on Single Drive-In Base Plates MUST be bracketed or guyed at all times. Temporary steel guying may be necessary and is recommended during installation and dismantling.

TBX Tower Base Hinge Kits
TBX Tower Base Hinge Kits serve the same function as a hinged base-plate, but are individual heavy-duty hinges that attach to each tower leg independently. Each hinge kit comes with concrete anchor bolts and all necessary hardware for hinging up to a 64 ft. free-standing tower! These hinge kits are supplied with high-quality materials that are designed to take all that Mother Nature can throw at them! Their hinges are so strong that (with care and when installed as required by the manufacturer) the tower may be assembled on the ground and then raised into place by pivoting on the hinges! If you are tired of climbing towers to add, change, or work on antennas, a free-standing tower with a hinged base may be just the ticket. When you consider purchasing a TBX tower, think about TBX Tower Base Hinge Kits, now available from DX Engineering!
