DX Engineering Cam Lock Clamp Kits
DX Engineering Cam Lock Clamp Kits provide fast and easy operation of portable telescopic non-metallic masts. Four kits of multiple clamps are offered which cover ten sizes of Cam Lock Clamps for a comprehensive selection. These mast clamps are the type that permanently mount on the lower tube and allow fast telescopic mast extension and collapsing using the integral Cam Lock Lever that secures the smaller inside tube. Each clamp has a number stamped on it, which helps to identify the Cam Lock Clamp. Each Cam Lock Clamp kit includes a 3mm Allen wrench that fits all three cap screws, two for the lower tube mounting clamp and one on the upper Lever adjustment. Once properly adjusted, the closed Cam Lock Lever will hold the upper tube in place very securely. A vinyl cap is included to cover the top of the smallest fiberglass tube being clamped. NOTE: Tightening adjustment of the Cam Lock Clamp cap screws is typically required for normal operation. When Cam Lock cap screws are correctly tightened, clamped upper sections stay in extended position. These top-grade clamps sets are designed to be used on DX Engineering Telescopic Fiberglass Tubing Kits or may be used on other fiberglass tubing sets of the appropriate sizes. DX Commander EzyClamp Replacement Mast Clamp Kits
DX Commander EzyClamp Replacement Mast Clamp Kits serve as direct replacements for the mast clamps originally supplied with the DX Commander Telescoping Masts and come packaged with the proper size and quantity of clamps needed. These replacement clamps are constructed of durable Nylon 66. When properly installed and torqued at the bottom of each telescoping section, they ensure that each mast section will not compress under pressure. WiMo Mast Clamp Quick-Release Handles
WiMo Mast Clamp Quick-Release Handles are a great option for WiMo Portable Aluminum Masts. As supplied, those masts require a flat or socket wrench. With these quick-release clamp handles you can raise and lower the mast without any tools. Even with limited space, these quick-release handles can be used easily, adjusted to any position. Just pull out and release the lever; the strong spring latches the lever at the desired position. In place of the clamp star screws, the quick-release handles allow for secure tightening of the clamp without using too much force. How many quick-release handles are needed for a WiMo mast? Order one less quick-release handles than the number of mast sections. Of course, WiMo masts can be retrofitted with these quick-release clamp handles, as well as any other mast clamps that use M8 screws.
