Elk Antennas 8-Element 70cm Log Periodic Dipole Array Antennas provides wide bandwidth, high gain, low SWR across the entire 70cm band, and a compact footprint that makes them a popular choice worldwide.

Designed for the 70cm band, these antennas are widely used by amateur radio operators, public safety agencies, commercial radio systems, and military applications, while also serving as an excellent option for GMRS operation. The feedpoint is located at the front of the antenna, meaning the end where the feedline connects indicates the direction of radiation.

Featuring an 8-element LPDA design with a 20+ dB front-to-back ratio helps to reduce unwanted signals from behind the antenna. Built on a 24-inch corrosion-resistant aluminum-alloy boom available with either an uncoated or black powder-coated finish, they include stainless-steel hardware throughout for long-term durability, a choice of SO-239 or Type-N feedpoint connectors, and power handling up to 150 watts.
