Momobeam Mono4 15 Monoband Yagi Antennas are full size, four element antennas engineered to deliver excellent SWR bandwidth, optimal gain, and strong front to back performance on the 15 meter band. Lightweight for easy handling yet built to withstand harsh weather conditions, these antennas provide reliable performance for both standalone installations and multi stacked array configurations. The MONO4 15 performs exceptionally well in stacked systems, whether optimized for maximum forward gain or arranged to broaden directional coverage across wider geographic regions—making it a powerful choice for serious DX operators and advanced contest stations. Constructed on a sturdy square boom, each antenna includes an assembly tool, spare hardware (bolts and aluminum tubing), and fully labeled components. All hardware is packaged in separate, clearly marked bags, and every aluminum tube is labeled to ensure fast, accurate, and stress free assembly. Suitable for mast mount or side mount tower installations, the MONO4 15 requires a medium duty rotator for proper operation. A 3kW RF choke balun is included as standard equipment—an essential component that many manufacturers offer only as an optional upgrade. Momobeam RF Chokes are built using high quality, low loss, double shielded coaxial cable with a Teflon dielectric, combined with carefully selected ferrite material sleeved over the cable. Together, these elements create a high impedance path for RF, providing excellent isolation between the antenna and the coaxial feedline. The Mono4-10 requires a medium duty rotator for proper operation.
