InnovAntennas 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beams
InnovAntennas 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beams from G0KSC represents significant development of LFA Yagis with a substantial difference: LFA-Q (Loop Fed Array Quad) Beams use top and bottom booms with through-boom LFA Yagi-style loops arranged vertically for every element. This very rugged design achieves better gain for a given length of boom and much lower noise for better signal quality compared to conventional Yagi antennas. InnovAntenna LFA-Q quad structure provides high directivity, eliminating unwanted spurious radiation. They achieve great side and rear rejection while retaining excellent gain, front-to-back and SWR bandwidth across the band. These are amazingly compact, high gain directional antennas, constructed to withstand serious weather conditions! Antennas of this series can be built and tuned to operate on a 500 kHz section of the 10 meter 28 MHz Amateur Band or on the 11 meter 27 MHz Citizens Band. The desired band is easily selected by changing the length of the outer element sections during construction – exact dimensions are provided in the instructions. The driven loop element feedpoint impedance is 50 ohms which allows a direct feed at high transmitting power. Vertical stacking of two or more antennas can significantly increase directivity, gain and signal quality; an interesting alternative when available space prevents the installation of long boom beam antennas. Just like other HF quads, LFA-Q vertical loop-fed quads are inherently quieter than a Yagi of the same size, making them a perfect choice for use in any location with high ambient noise level, such as a city or densely populated neighborhood. There is a 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beam version that matches your space, support, and wallet: - The 2-element economy version has loop spacing booms of only 2.3 ft. (70 cm); - The 3-element compact version booms are 10.5 ft. (3.2m) in length: - The 4-element performance model boom lengths are 26.9 ft. (8.2 m). Each LFA-Q is very stable mechanically, with mast clamps on each boom, top and bottom! Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, extensive modeling and testing, the durability and reliable performance of InnovAntennas 10M or 11M Loop-Fed Quad Beams is undeniable.

ICOM IC-7300 HF Plus 50 MHz Transceivers
ICOM IC-7300 HF Plus 50 MHz Transceivers employ a new-technology real-time touch-screen spectrum scope that leads its class in resolution, sweep speed and dynamic range. While listening to received audio, you can check the real-time spectrum scope and quickly move to another signal. When you first touch the scope screen around the intended signal, the touched part is magnified. A second touch of the scope screen changes the operating frequency and allows you to accurately tune to the desired signal. The combination of the waterfall function and the real-time spectrum scope assists in maximum receive performance of IC-7300 radios and increases QSO opportunities without missing weak signals. The waterfall function shows a change of signal strength over a period of time and allows you to find weak signals that may not be apparent on the real-time spectrum scope. The audio scope function can be used to observe various AF characteristics such as microphone compressor level, filter width, notch filter width and keying waveform in the CW mode. Either transmit or receive audio may be displayed on the FFT scope, with the waterfall function and the oscilloscope. The large 4.3 in. color TFT touch LCD offers intuitive operation. Using the software keypad of the touch screen, you can easily set various functions and edit memory contents. IC-7300 transceivers employ an RF direct-sampling system. RF signals are directly converted to digital data and processed in the FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), making it possible to simplify the circuit construction. This system is a leading-edge technology; creating a new era in amateur radio. The new "IP-plus" function improves 3rd order intercept point (IP3) performance. When a weak signal is received adjacent to strong interference, the AD converter is optimized against signal distortion. IC-7300 transceivers' RMDR is improved to about 97dB (typical value) and Phase Noise characteristics are improved about 15dB (at 1 kHz frequency separation) compared to the IC-7200. The superior Phase Noise characteristics reduce noise components in both receive and transmit signals. IC-7300's have 15 discrete RF band-pass filters. The RF signal is passed through only one of the band-pass filters, while any out of range signals are rejected. High Q factor coils are used to minimize the loss in the RF band-pass filters. The built-in antenna tuner memorizes its settings based on your transmit frequency, so that it can rapidly tune when you change operating bands. The Enforced Tuning function allows a wide range of temporary antennas to be tuned. NOTE: Do not use the Enforced Tuning function except in case of an emergency. Transmitter output power may be automatically reduced. IC-7300 transceivers can store various contents into an SD card, such as received and transmitted audio, voice memories, RTTY/CW memories, RTTY decode logs and captured screen images. Updated personal and firmware data can also be stored to the SD card for easy setting. To offer superior sound quality, a new speaker unit has been incorporated and is designed into the aluminum die-cast chassis; not just squeezed in as a necessity. Other IC-7300 features include: * HM-219 hand microphone supplied * Large, effective cooling fan system * Multi-function meter * 101 memory channels (99 regular, plus 2 scan edges) * Optional RS-BA1 IP remote control software (the spectrum scope with the waterfall can be observed) * CW functions: Full break-in, CW reverse, CW auto tuning Note: For additional information, look at the files under the "Documentation" tab. The innovative features included in ICOM's IC-7300 offer tremendous advantages and represent a paradigm shift for its modest price point. ICOM says of its 7300 that "The Real HF Fun Starts Here." Order one of their ICOM IC-7300 HF Plus 50 MHz Transceivers and discover the fun to be had with leading-edge technology transceivers from DX Engineering!

DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire
DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire is the same wire as used by the most successful contest stations and DX enthusiasts for their ground-mounted vertical antennas. This 16 AWG tinned solid copper wire is an extremely cost effective solution for the high-count, full-size ground radial wire systems that are required for top-performing HF vertical antenna installations. This is especially true for 4-element Four Square Array Systems, 3-element ProStack Arrays, and 2-element Dual Vertical Arrays. Why is this wire the absolute best choice for any ground-mounted vertical antenna? Because, DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire will last much longer in a variety of soil conditions as compared to bare copper, copper coated steel and aluminum wires. Unfortunately, radials deployed with those other wire types actually corrode and degrade rather quickly, but do so slowly enough that the operator may not easily perceive that degradation in terms of antenna system performance. Full radial system integrity is maintained for a much greater number of years with tinned copper wire. Depending upon soil type, installations with DXE-TCRW16 will maintain vertical antenna performance for many, many years… and even decades. DXE-TCRW16 is available in small, easy to handle spools in lengths of 500 feet (DXE-TCRW16-500), 1,000 feet (DXE-TCRW-1000), 2,500 feet (DXE-TCRW16-2500) and 5,000 feet (DXE-TCRW16-5000). NOTE: To prevent accelerated corrosion and the possibility of noise, do not use metal anchor pins (lawn staples) on Tinned Copper Radial Wire. Use only DXE-STPL-100BD Biodegradable Anchor Pins to hold down bare wire radials. DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire is the right choice for long lasting top-performance radial systems for your ground-mounted vertical antenna system.

Samlex EVOLUTION Series Inverter-Chargers
EVOLUTION Series Inverter-Chargers include a pure sine wave inverter, adaptive battery charger and transfer relay – All in ONE unit. Samlex Evolution Series Inverter-Chargers provide reliable AC power wherever it's needed. They're great for use with boats, RVs, remote cabins and specialty vehicles; as well as alternative energy, back-up and emergency power applications. Using state-of-the-art technology, Samlex EVOLUTION (EVO) inverter/chargers operate at 165 million instructions per second with lightning fast load and response times. They have 9 points of physical protection monitoring (being scanned up to 10,000 times per second) to detect fault conditions and protect themselves in a vast range of adverse environments. * AC Inputs: Two separate AC inputs – one for grid (priority #1), one for generator (priority #2), connect simultaneously, no need to reconfigure when different power sources are available. Generator Input is specifically designed to have more tolerance for distortion, prevents unnecessary "rejection of AC input and switch to inverter" by tolerating distorted wave forms that can be produced by generators. Each AC input is programmable for voltage and frequency. User determines the min and max thresholds to switch from Grid or Generator to Inverter. Generator start can be initiated by "Status Relay" contact, can be programmed to activate when grid is lost. * Solar Input Connect a solar charge controller directly to the EVO though the Battery Charger external DC input. Seamlessly integrate solar charging. ONLINE Mode can be used to prioritize Batteries/Inverter over the grid, ideal for operating primarily on solar power (when the grid is available, but might be costly). * Battery Charger 3 or 4 stage charging with Equalization (must be manually initiated). Adaptive algorithm is used during Bulk to assess battery condition. Subsequent stages are then based on the condition of the battery rather than pre-set time periods for Absorption and Float. Prevents unnecessary charging, extends the life of batteries. Programmable; set battery voltage thresholds to initiate charging. * Transfer Switch Zero transfer time switched from Inverter to Grid. When the grid comes on, the inverter synchronizes with the wave form and then transfers instantly at zero crossing. Less than 16ms transfer when going from Grid to Inverter. When grid is lost, the transfer relay switches to inverter at the correct place in the wave form, the transfer takes less than 16ms. * Surge Capacity (Power Boost) The EVO has 3X surge power! Additionally, the EVO has large power overload allowances available for long periods of time. Increased inverter capacity means you can size your inverter smaller to handle heavy surge loads, reducing costs. * State-of-the-Art Technology EVOs operate at 165 million instructions per second producing lightning fast load and response times. They are practically indestructible because of 9 physical points of protection monitoring being scanned up to 10,000 times per second for adverse conditions. EVOs will detect fault conditions and initiate a healthy shutdown before any product damage can be done. An EVO-RC remote control (sold separately) may be used to capture detailed EVO performance data. It records all detected faults and the conditions leading up to faults. Data is stored on a removable 16GB SD Card (in the remote). Use data to analyze trends for more efficient use of system resources. EVOs use five temperature sensors placed throughout the unit to determine operation of 2 speed controlled cooling fans. Reduces unnecessary fan noise and energy consumption by only running when and where the fans are needed. Samlex EVOLUTION Series Inverter-Chargers intelligently integrate an AC Inverter, Battery Charger and Transfer Relay into an advanced and affordable off-grid power solution. They are now available from DX Engineering!

DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire Kits
DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire Kits include plentiful quantities of biodegradable staples and tinned crimp ring terminals that are easily soldered. Along with spools of the same wire as used by the most successful contest stations and DX enthusiasts for their ground-mounted vertical antennas, these kits will help your antenna system achieve optimal performance. The 16 AWG tinned solid copper wire in these kits provide an extremely cost effective solution for the high-count, full-size ground radial wire systems that are required for top-performing HF vertical antenna installations. Ground wire radials do not need to be any specific length because the earth detunes them. Fill your ground-mounted vertical space with radials that run out from the antenna feedpoint in all possible directions, as far as they can go, up to about one-quarter wavelength on the lowest frequency. Even radials that are all about one-eighth wavelength long on the lowest frequency band are just fine for multi-band verticals over reasonably conductive soils. Use longer radials on lossy soils with sand and rocks. In most cases, a greater number of short ground radials will provide greater efficiency and stronger signals than is achieved with a few long radials. DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire Kits are available in four sizes: Shorter spool kits, 500 ft. and 1,000 ft., are perfect for the single HF ground-mounted vertical. Longer spool kits, 2,500 ft. and 5,000 ft., are intended for 2-element Dual Vertical Arrays, 3-element ProStack Arrays, and 4-element Four Square Array Systems. Each kit has the appropriate number of biodegradable staples and tinned crimp ring terminals. Why is this wire the absolute best choice for any ground-mounted vertical antenna? Because, DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire will last much longer in a variety of soil conditions as compared to bare copper, copper coated steel or aluminum wires. Radials deployed with those other wire types actually corrode and degrade rather quickly. Unfortunately, they do so slowly enough that the operator does not easily perceive that degradation in terms of antenna system performance. With Tinned Copper wire, full radial system integrity is maintained for a greater number of years. Depending upon soil type, installations with DXE-TCRW16 will maintain vertical antenna performance for many, many years… and even decades. NOTE: To prevent accelerated corrosion and the possibility of noise, DO NOT use metal anchor pins (lawn staples) on Tinned Copper Radial Wire. These kits contain only the DXE-STPL-100BD Biodegradable Anchor Pins to hold down bare wire radials. Biodegradable staples allow easy installation of radial wires and will disperse in a couple years, after they are no longer needed, making them site friendly. Biodegradable staples work best in soft ground where they may be pushed or lightly tapped into the ground. Since they are a lacto-resin material they are subject to breaking in rocky or hard soil and are not intended to be hammered. DX Engineering Tinned Copper Radial Wire kits are the right choice for long lasting top-performance radial systems for your ground-mounted vertical antenna system.

STAMPFL HAM Electronics Wave Block Preselectors
STAMPFL HAM Electronics Wave Block Preselectors are a precision-engineered RF filtering solution for the 0–30 MHz HF frequency range, designed to optimize receiver performance and protect sensitive front-end circuitry. Positioned between the antenna and receiver/transceiver, it employs eight switchable bandpass ranges to attenuate out-of-band signals, mitigating overload from strong sources such as AM broadcast stations. This results in a cleaner signal path and improved signal-to-noise ratio across the selected frequency range. Key features include low insertion loss (1dB), high dynamic range (IM3 ≈ 50 dBm), and ripple control within ±0.5 dB. The Wave Block integrates a 480×272 pixel TFT industrial display for intuitive operation, a bypass mode for full-spectrum pass-through, and PTT control via an RCA interface. Housed in a sturdy aluminum enclosure, the Wave Block operates on 9–16 VDC at approximately 200mA and includes built-in reverse polarity protection. Ideal for SDRs and wideband HF receivers, the WAVE BLOCK Preselectors ensures superior selectivity and guards against strong-signal environments.

EAntenna VHF and UHF Directional Antennas
EAntenna VHF and UHF Directional Antennas include exciting new offerings for the 50, 144 and 430 MHz bands. Weak-signal enthusiasts will enjoy using these high quality beams with superior specs for SSB, CW, digital and satellite. Here are the original low-noise Loop Fed Array mono-band beams or Optimized Wideband Arrays for VHF and UHF. Plus there are super specialized 2 meter or 70 cm Cross Polarized Yagis and the compact EAntenna 6 meter Moxon antenna that has only a 3 ft. boom! NOTE: The dual-band beams for 2 meters and 70 cm designed by DK7ZB cover 144 to 146 MHz and 420 to 440 MHz, which is the entire band in Europe. In the USA they are suitable for use on SSB, CW, digital and satellite as a horizontally polarized antenna. They will NOT function for the American FM Simplex and Repeater band sections of 146 - 148 MHz and 440 -450 MHz. DX Engineering recommends antennas manufactured by EAntenna because their attention to detail is meticulous! These Yagi, log periodic and rotatable dipole antennas are built with only the highest quality stainless steel hardware and aircraft grade aluminum. As you look through their selections, be aware that advanced, cutting-edge computer modeling and optimization techniques were used to produce EAntenna premier HF beams and state-of-the-art VHF and UHF antennas. Their mechanical designs are very robust in every way, as most are rated for at least 100 MPH wind survival. To see additional information about each antenna, click on the "More Details" link on the antenna of interest. Then click the Specifications tab to see all of the physical and electrical characteristics of that antenna. EAntenna products are offered exclusively in North America by DX Engineering. Plus we can ship internationally! When you are making plans for a new antenna at your station, plan to look right here for the outstanding solutions by EAntenna, "The Best Choice for Your Antenna System!" NOTE: Manuals are normally supplied bilingual. If your manual lacks an English section, contact DX Engineering for an English version. IMPORTANT: EAntenna VHF and UHF Loop Fed Antennas are intended to be mounted horizontally for SSB and CW operation which is at the lower frequency end of the bands, NOT on FM. For example, the 2 meter LFA should be mounted horizontally and is tuned for use on 144-146 MHz and is not intended for FM use on 146-148 MHz. Additionally, the DK7ZB design EAntenna dual-band beams for 2 meters and 70 cm cover only 144-146 MHz and 420-440 MHz, the same European frequency range, and so they are not suitable for FM use in North America. EAntenna Cross Polarized LFA beams have both horizontal and vertical elements with only 144.0 - 144.5 MHz coverage designed specifically for EME or satellite enthusiasts.

SSB Electronic Mast-Mount Preamplifiers
SSB Electronic Mast-Mount Preamplifiers are low-noise, band-specific, weatherproof preamplifiers designed for installation near VHF and UHF antennas. Available for the 6 meter, 4 meter (Europe), 2 meter and 70 cm Amateur bands, these preamplifiers are installed in-line, at the antenna. They improve receive performance by amplifying weak signals before feedline loss can reduce them. Powering and Sequencing Most models can be powered remotely through the coaxial cable, and many modern transceivers include a built-in bias-tee for mast-mounted preamplifiers. If the transceiver or transverter system does not provide power, an external bias-tee or remote-feed unit is required. • The DCW-15 and DCW 2004B provide sequencing support. • The DCC-12 does not provide sequencing. • SP series preamplifiers include a built-in RF VOX circuit for safe operations up to 100 watts; for transmit power above 100 watts, PTT control with a sequencer is required. Some models require a direct DC connection (UHF female). • -S series preamplifiers feature lower current signal relays with slightly higher insertion loss. • MHP and MHP-S series preamplifiers versions require sequencer control (see below). Signal Filtering and Switching Built-in helix filters effectively reject out-of-band signals, helping maintain clean receive performance. Real coaxial relays handle transmit/receive switching, resulting in very low insertion loss (except for SP-S series). And each amplifier is carefully calibrated at multiple test stations before packaging. Dual-Band Models Dual-band models include built-in diplexers, so they require only one connection for the multiband antenna and one connection for the station coaxial cable. MHP Series for Demanding Stations The MHP series is designed for demanding operating environments and provides higher gain for weak-signal modes such as Tropo-DX and EME. With maximum transmit power handling of 1500 watts on 6m and 2000 watts on 2m and 70cm, these preamplifiers are well suited for contesting, DX, and EME operation. Important Note for MHP Models Bias-tee power (on the RF coax) is not supported in most MHP Preamplifiers. They must be powered directly using the appropriate cable size for the required distance, and they may only be operated with a correctly wired sequencer, such as the DCW 2004 B Sequence Controller. Transmitting high power without a directly wired sequencer is likely to damage the MHP preamplifier. Housing and Hardware All SSB Electronic Mast-Mount Preamplifiers are supplied in UV-resistant, weatherproof housings with Type N female connectors. Hot-dip galvanized clamps and stainless steel mounting hardware are included. See individual models for band coverage and detailed specifications.
