ROHN JRM Series Non-Penetrating Roof Mounts
ROHN JRM Series Non-Penetrating Roof Mounts provide the option of installing antennas on flat roofs without physically attaching anything to the roof. No drilling, lag bolts, screws or other penetration of the roof is necessary. JRM Series mounts are galvanized for corrosion resistance and feature an integral mast. These roof mounts are used extensively in cellular, PCS, broadband, two-way radio and other applications. JRM Series roof mounts have 5 or 10 ft. masts, depending on model. They are designed to be ballasted with standard 16 in. concrete blocks (not included) for added stability. These roof mounts ship disassembled and have a square base when set up, with angle-steel frames to hold up to 12 concrete blocks. DX Engineering Heavy-Duty 4130 Chromoly Steel Masts
DX Engineering offers Heavy Duty 4130 Chromoly Steel Masts in both 11 foot and 22 foot lengths. DX Engineering Heavy-Duty 4130 Chromoly Steel Masts offer ham radio operators an opportunity to stack large antennas. These 2-inch and 3-inch outside diameter galvanized masts feature a 0.250-inch wall thickness and meet ASTM A-513 Type 5 ratings. These high-strength carbon steel masts are cold-drawn and electric-welded with a specified yield stress rating of over 100,000 psi! Tensile strength minimum is above 110,000 psi. Minimum Rockwell B hardness is 96. They are temperature stress-relieved to ensure consistent mechanical strength. Compared to standard galvanized plumbing pipe, the Heavy‑Duty 4130 chromoly steel mast offers substantially greater strength and durability. The galvanizing on these masts meets ASTM A123/A123M specifications. As with all hot dip galvanized products, surface irregularities are normal. Any cut ends are protected with a cold galvanizing coating. Important: Because these masts are galvanized, their overall outside diameter will be larger than the nominal size. The 2 inch mast may measure up to 2.070 in. OD, and the 3 inch mast may measure up to 3.130 in. OD. Are you planning on stacking a few mono-banders on the tower? Are you going to have multiple Yagis stacked high and deep on an H frame? Are you raising a BIG log-periodic? If you are going to loft big antennas with a lot of wind area, then you absolutely need a DXE Heavy-Duty 4130 Steel Mast atop your heavy-duty tower! DX Engineering Heavy-Duty 4130 Chromoly Steel Masts may be ordered and picked-up at the Summit Racing Equipment Retail Store, 1200 Southeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Because of their length, these masts require truck freight shipping. Our system automatically calculates our low cost truck freight rates to any location within the continental United States. With no obligation to purchase, simply click ADD TO CART, enter your ZIP Code, and click CALCULATE to view your shipping cost. Due to size restrictions, air freight is not available. For information regarding a surface freight shipment of these masts to locations outside of the continental US, send an e-mail inquiry to dxengineering@dxenginering.com.

ROHN Flat Roof Mounts
ROHN Flat Roof Mounts bolt directly to your flat roof surface to support a guyed ROHN 25G or 45G tower. The flat roof location must be water-tight and reinforced to support tower/antenna weight. These bases require the tower to be guyed or bracketed and cannot be used as a self-supporting base plate. These tower bases use double-bolted attachment joints, which are proven to be the best method of joining tower sections for sturdiness and dependability. The associated tower can be used in guyed or bracketed configurations. Roof mounted tower options may limit potential height considerably by restricted guy line lengths and anchoring options. To mount your ROHN 25G or 45G Series tower to a flat roof, use one of these ROHN Flat Roof Mounts from DX Engineering.

Amerite Tower Base Plates
American Tower Company Amerite Tower Base Plates allow you to mount your AME-25, 45 or 55 series tower using several different methods. Amerite base plates cannot be used in self-supporting applications… they must be used for bracketed or guyed installations only. Amerite drive-in base plates are for mounting a bracketed or guyed tower directly onto tightly compacted soil; intended for short term and temporary installations. They are made of steel and are completely galvanized. Towers mounted on drive-in base plates MUST be bracketed or guyed at all times. They are designed to prevent the bottom of a temporary tower from "kicking out" and causing tower collapse. They are great for Field Day and other interim applications. Amerite hinged tower base plates allow you to mount your Amerite 25G-series tower using six 1/2 in. x 12 in. base bolts embedded in the concrete pier. Amerite hinged base plates enable the tower to be rotated up from the base during installation. Hinged tower base plates must be used in bracketed or guyed tower applications only. Be confident in your tower installation with Amerite tower base plates. Whether for roof or ground mounting, permanent-hinged or temporary use, these American Tower Company Amerite Tower Base Plates from DX Engineering help to raise your tower!

ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies
Keep your tower still with one of these ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies. Guy bracket assemblies are used to properly attach guy lines and to distribute the forces correctly. They prevent the placement of excessive guying forces onto individual tower legs. Multiple guy brackets are needed at different levels on taller towers. These bracket assemblies are sized to fit correctly around all three of the tower legs for the proper attachment of guy wires in each ROHN tower series. ROHN Guy Bracket Assemblies are built from quality steel and are galvanized, the same as the towers, and install in minutes with no modifications or disassembly of the tower required. TBX Tower Sections
DX Engineering is pleased to offer TBX Tower Sections as an alternative choice for hams that want to assemble their own free-standing tower. Although there are only eleven discrete sections in the TBX stable, these sections may be assembled into Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Extra Heavy-Duty towers of varying height. TBX Tower Sections are lattice-style offset-mounting sections; each 8 ft. section offsets at the top to accept the next, smaller section. This method yields a tower that "steps down" in size the higher they go, but does so with sections that are essentially straight. Made of heavy-gauge contoured steel with riveted "X" bracing, these tower sections are also pre-galvanized for weather resistance and long life. Each section is supplied pre-assembled and arrives with the required hardware for an easy installation. To choose sections for your tower needs, start with a TBX1A top section for standard strength, a TBX2A top section for Heavy-Duty strength, or a TBX3A top section for Extra Heavy-Duty strength, and then add subsequently numbered sections to reach your desired height. For example, a TBX1A plus a TBX2 plus a TBX3 equals a 24 ft. TBX tower! Simply choose your base mount, fixed or hinged, and assemble. TBX top sections include a rotor plate and top plate, too! More and more hams are going to freestanding towers. Whether you acquired an old TBX tower needing a replacement section or are assembling a new tower, these TBX Tower Sections, now available from DX Engineering, may offer you exactly what you've been looking for!
