SSB Electronic LNA Series Low-Noise Preamplifiers
SSB Electronic LNA Series Low-Noise Preamplifiers are newly developed low-noise receiving amplifiers for the 6m, 2m and 70cm bands, featuring super low noise with high gain, making them ideal for use in EME (moon bounce), MS (meteor scatter), Aurora and tropo-DX operations. High performance is reflected in exceptional IP3 test figures (35dBm, typical), to provide strong signal immunity. Very good rejection of strong signals near and far guarantees interference-free operation, even in the vicinity of other radio transmissions from commercial and broadcast stations as well as mobile carriers. The input circuit of the amplifier is built with high quality components in a chamber construction, optimized for the best noise characteristics. The bandpass at the output of the amplifier ensures very good in-band selection with signals outside the pass band effectively suppressed. The LNA Series Preamplifiers do not have RX/TX relays and are intended for receiving applications. LNA Series Preamplifiers are built in a sturdy tinplate housing, suitable exclusively for indoor applications (Ip41 to DIN EN 60529). Choose between models that have two Type-N female connectors, Type-N Male and Female, and SMA female. These amplifiers can be powered via an external cable or via a coaxial bias tee (remote power supply). The -MA weatherproof variant of the receive-only LNA series is characterized by a robust, IP44-protected housing, allowing the high-quality preamplifier to be mast-mounted close to the antenna using Type-N connectors only. Power is supplied exclusively over the coax. If your receiver does not output 12-15 VDC receive preamplifier power onto the antenna feedline, use the SSB Electronic DCC-5000PRO Bias Tee (remote power inserter).

InnovAntennas 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beams
InnovAntennas 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beams from G0KSC represents significant development of LFA Yagis with a substantial difference: LFA-Q (Loop Fed Array Quad) Beams use top and bottom booms with through-boom LFA Yagi-style loops arranged vertically for every element. This very rugged design achieves better gain for a given length of boom and much lower noise for better signal quality compared to conventional Yagi antennas. InnovAntenna LFA-Q quad structure provides high directivity, eliminating unwanted spurious radiation. They achieve great side and rear rejection while retaining excellent gain, front-to-back and SWR bandwidth across the band. These are amazingly compact, high gain directional antennas, constructed to withstand serious weather conditions! Antennas of this series can be built and tuned to operate on a 500 kHz section of the 10 meter 28 MHz Amateur Band or on the 11 meter 27 MHz Citizens Band. The desired band is easily selected by changing the length of the outer element sections during construction – exact dimensions are provided in the instructions. The driven loop element feedpoint impedance is 50 ohms which allows a direct feed at high transmitting power. Vertical stacking of two or more antennas can significantly increase directivity, gain and signal quality; an interesting alternative when available space prevents the installation of long boom beam antennas. Just like other HF quads, LFA-Q vertical loop-fed quads are inherently quieter than a Yagi of the same size, making them a perfect choice for use in any location with high ambient noise level, such as a city or densely populated neighborhood. There is a 10M or 11M LFA-Q Loop-Fed Quad Beam version that matches your space, support, and wallet: - The 2-element economy version has loop spacing booms of only 2.3 ft. (70 cm); - The 3-element compact version booms are 10.5 ft. (3.2m) in length: - The 4-element performance model boom lengths are 26.9 ft. (8.2 m). Each LFA-Q is very stable mechanically, with mast clamps on each boom, top and bottom! Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, extensive modeling and testing, the durability and reliable performance of InnovAntennas 10M or 11M Loop-Fed Quad Beams is undeniable.

DX Engineering Receive Four Square Array Electronics Package
DX Engineering Receive Four Square Array Electronics Package, DXE-RFS-SYS-2P, is for the array builder who wants to use their own passive receive verticals for a mono-band receive array. See the DXE-R4S-SYS-V3 for the Complete Receive Four Square V3 Array System with Receive Short Element Active Verticals. DX Engineering Receive Four Square Arrays dramatically improve reception of weak distant signals with excellent rejection of extraneous signals and noise. This four-direction switchable array uses time delay phasing of four physically short receiving vertical elements. The resulting directional receiving pattern is superior to four short Beverage antennas and typical two or three element arrays. The Receive Four Square is less susceptible to high angle signals than EWE, Flag, Pennant, K9AY and SAL antennas. This type of receive array, using physically short vertical elements, limits signal and noise for dramatically superior weak signal reception, as compared to full size transmitting antennas and arrays. With proper spacing of four unobtrusive, physically short vertical elements, the Receive Four Square Array System provides high performance directional receive for HF Amateur, SWL or AM DXing. Click or tap the title of a listed item for an overview - a complete description, Specifications, Required and Suggested Parts. Links to instruction manuals and charts appear in Documentation. DX Engineering Receive Four Square Arrays offer directional performance comparable to four long Beverage wire antennas, using far less land area. This Controller and Switch Console package is designed to be used with four identical, user-supplied, active or passive symmetrically-spaced ground-mounted vertical elements to provide switching for a 4-direction receiving antenna system. Passive elements will generally provide an optimized monoband receiving system. Conversely, with four DX Engineering Receive Short Element Active Vertical antennas, DXE-RSEAV-1, the properly sized array can achieve excellent directional receiving performance over three HF bands. Build an exceptionally effective, electronically rotatable, stationary receive antenna that lets you hear the DX that cannot be heard on a transmit antenna. Dig the weak signals out of the noise with an antenna that can help make your station one of the best; install the DX Engineering Receive Four Square Array System. * Important Note regarding DX Engineering Protection Plans and Kit Combo Contents NOTE: Protection plans cannot be purchased for combination packages or on applicable devices after shipment. PowerFilm Rollable Solar Panels
PowerFilm Rollable Solar Panels are perfect for keeping your batteries topped off when operating portable, or for any activity where you want to keep batteries charged without the noise of a generator. These rollable panels roll down to 3 inches in diameter for the panels that are 28 watts and smaller and 5 inches for the 42 and 60 watt panels. Small and compact, these rollable solar panels are a go to for supplying power in places where power is sometimes hard to find. Grommets on the corners of the panel help secure it in place, prevent damage in high winds. These high tech thin and flexible panels continue to produce power even when damaged. They generate electricity in cloudy, shady, and hazy environments and outperform other solar panels in low-light environments. A charge controller is not required if the battery capacity is 100x greater (or more) than the panel output. For example, a 100Ah battery would not need a charge controller if the panel output is 1A or less. If a charge controller is required, it should be sized according to the output of the panel. Available in a range of output wattages from 7 to 60 Watts there's sure to be an option to meet your specific needs. * Note: Part numbers ending in -NG are manufactured without grommets and will require something to hold them down.

Yaesu RF Mu-Tune Kits and Units
Yaesu RF u-Tune* filters, pronounced "Mu-Tune", are the most advanced and selective receiver front-end preselector filters ever made available for Amateur Radio transceivers. Adding ultra-sharp selectivity, these devices dramatically enhance the receive performance of compatible Yaesu transceivers. The receiver front-end pass band provided by Yaesu RF Mu-Tune Preselector is an amazing 10 to 30 kHz, depending upon band. This can be of tremendous value in ensuring clear and quiet reception on crowded bands, especially during contest and DX operations. RF Mu-Tune Kits are external add-on options which are available in three band coverage models for ONLY Yaesu transceiver model series' FT-dx5000, FT-dx3000, FT-dx1200, FT-950 and FT-2000. Choose any one, two or three units for the band coverage you desire: *RF Mu Tune Kit A External Preselector for 160 meters *RF Mu Tune Kit B External Preselector for 80 and 40 meters *RF Mu Tune Kit C External Preselector for 30 and 20 meters Connection cables are included with each kit for the use of one, two or all three of these external units with any of the excellent Yaesu transceivers listed above. Any or all of the connected optional RF Mu-Tune Preselectors automatically adjust to your operating frequency. Especially useful on low bands where strong signals are often adjacent to the desired weak signals, the high Q and shape factor of permeability-tuning was used successfully in many classic Yaesu transceivers. The advanced circuit design and ultra-high quality components of these modern Mu-Tune units narrows the front-end pass band to only a couple dozen kilohertz. Providing interference rejection significantly better than the transceiver's standard VRF (Variable Response Filter) preselector, Mu-Tune can also be manually adjusted to provide additional relief from near frequency interference.
