Use of two DXE 2.5" saddle clamps to attached SteppIR 4 element yagi boom to custom made 1/4" aluminum bracket. Bracket is braced and welded to allow proper angle offset so yagi faces Europe, while mounting to US Tower HDX-589MDPL tower. No modifications were necessary to the tower. Bracket is bolted to existing hardware tower. Antenna is attached to the bracket on the ground. Antenna/bracket combo is hoisted into the air along the face of the tower, then the bracket is set onto two bolt studs previously installed on the tower face. Then additional bolts are installed to hold in place. Tower can be raised and lowered as normal with no interference. I am also using the DXE-PS-2B PRO-STACK Broadband Two Antenna Phasing System for maximum flexibility of the whole installation.
