After installing my DXE-MBVE-5-4UPR, I needed to think about the layout and installation of the radials. Before I did that I decided to edge lawn with the lawn edger. It has a 10 inch blade to trim the lawn at the edges. Hey..... why not cut a slit in the ground for each radial with the same edger? Lo and Behold, it works. I was able to lay the multiple radials down in the slits with no exposure. Just a few U-shaped radial wire staples and ....Voila... I was through. I didn't need to bother the lawn at all. Job done.
