DX Engineering SDS-series Super Duty clamp, on a 2" aluminum mast, supporting a stainless steel plate, connected to a "blast door" hinge, attached to a second stainless steel plate, forming a custom made "tilt-plate". This enabled a three element SteppIR yagi to be assembled horizontally (at chest height) during ARRL Field Day. The 40 ft. antenna mast is raised into it's vertical operating position while the antenna maintains it's horizontal position.
