I salvaged an old 5/8 Wave 10 meter (I think it was actually a converted CB) antenna from my late grandfather's QTH. The radials had been missing for a few years. Using DX Engineering Aluminum tubing and element clamps it was an easy job to replace the radials and get the antenna back on the air. I am ready to work some DX in the upcoming contests.
