This is a portable 10m horizontal V dipole. The aluminum tubing and connectors were purchased from DX Engineering. The PVC came from the local big box. It is mounted at 16.8 feet atop surplus fiberglass mast sections. First contact: Walla Walla, WA from Northern Illinois. During the 2011 10m Contest, my first DX contact was the Canary Islands! My farthest contact was a station south of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I also worked several stations in Eastern Europe.
