My ground mounted Hustler 5-BTV equipped with DX Engineering stainless steel Radial Plate and DX Engineering Tilt-over mounting Bracket. Both of these products are the highest quality. The radial plate allows me to attach up to 120 radials and the tilt-over bracket is worth it's weight in gold for tuning, high wind advisories, inspections, maintenance etc. Support from DX Engineering is top shelf.
