DX Engineering and FlexRadio Systems Co-Host the 2018 6 Meter BBQ

For the second straight year, DX Engineering and FlexRadio Systems will co-host the 6 Meter BBQ in Austin, Texas, September 21 and 22. The annual event draws Amateur Radio operators from all over the world. As one of the premier VHF gatherings on the Ham Radio calendar, the 6 Meter BBQ includes presentations and demonstrations focused on the unique characteristics of what enthusiasts like to call the “magic band.”

“We’re excited to team up with FlexRadio to ensure the continued success of this event and show our commitment to avid VHF operators,” says Tim Duffy, K3LR, DX Engineering’s Chief Operating Officer. “The two days will be packed with great information and chances to socialize and share insights with others in the 6 meter community.”

For event details, hotel accommodations and online registration, visit the 6 Meter BBQ website. Registration deadline is September 14. Be sure to check the website regularly for updates.
