The DX Engineering Rewards Program makes it simple to earn points—called QSO Points—and convert those into DX Bucks which can be used on future purchases at DX Engineering.

How to Earn Rewards in Three Easy Steps

1.         Join for Free

To begin earning QSO Points, you must enroll in the Rewards Program. To enroll, simply log into your account at DXEngineering.com and check the opt-in box located on the My Account page. Your customer service representative can enroll you over the phone if you wish.

Customers who shop in our Retail Stores automatically earn QSO Points, but you must complete your enrollment to get full benefits on online purchases.

2.        Earn QSO Points

· Earn 1 QSO Point for every 1 US dollar spent on eligible items ordered via the website or by phone.

· Eligible purchases made in our Retail Stores may result in even greater rewards. This includes items ordered for Retail Pickup on the website or by phone and for orders placed in the Retail Store for items that must be shipped to you. Information on QSO Points earned per US dollar spent will be posted in each Retail Store.

· From time to time, DX Engineering may offer additional opportunities for you to earn QSO Points by completing other activities or making specific purchases.

3.        Redeem Your QSO Points

For every 250 QSO Points you accumulate, $5 in DX Bucks will be awarded to your account. DX Bucks can be used to pay for orders placed on the website, by phone, or in one of our Retail Stores. DX Bucks earned from QSO Points are valid for 60 days after they are awarded.

Participation in the program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, a Territory of the United States (including APO/FPO addresses), Canada, Mexico, or Australia, and who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of DX Engineering and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in the program. The program cannot be used with non-standard accounts or combined with any standing discounts.
