DX Engineering Ratings and Reviews Section Gives Customers a Voice

DX Engineering wants its Ham Radio customers to be heard—loud and clear.

DXEngineering.com features an easy-to-use Ratings and Reviews section that allows verified purchasers to rank products from one to five stars in four categories: product appearance, ease of installation, price/value and quality. A comment section enables them to elaborate on their firsthand experience with the product.

More than 500 products on DX Engineering’s website have been reviewed. With thousands of items available on the site, these reviews can be invaluable to Amateur Radio enthusiasts trying to make the right buying decision, according to Tim Duffy, K3LR, DX Engineering’s Chief Operating Officer.

“People in the Ham Radio community watch out for each other. We want everyone to get as much enjoyment out of the hobby as possible,” Duffy says. “By taking a moment to leave a review, our customers are doing a great service for other Hams. And as a company that strives to deliver the best products and best service, we truly appreciate the feedback as well.”
