American Racing Headers Exhaust Components Now Available at Summit Racing

When Chevrolet needed headers for its COPO Camaro concept back in 2011, it turned to American Racing Headers. When the world needed a Toyota Prius with a 1,000 horsepower Dodge Hellcat Hemi engine, American Racing Headers answered the call—see the madness that is the PriuSRT8. 

Those two things should tell you American Racing Headers knows how to build top-quality, power building headers and exhaust systems. ARH makes headers and systems for the usual suspects like Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs, Challengers, and late model trucks. They also make components for Jeep vehicles, Dodge Vipers, Toyota Tundras and Land Cruisers—even BMW and Mercedes vehicles. Designed and made in the USA, all American Racing Headers products are made from 304 stainless steel for long life.

Headers
ARH headers feature optimized primary tube size and routing to generate the greatest horsepower with the least amount of restriction. State-of-the-art, high-flow merge collectors are tuned for increased horsepower and torque. The headers also feature hand-ported, TIG-welded inlets and 3/8 inch thick laser-cut flanges for a warp-free seal.

Most ARH headers are full length to improve midrange and top-end scavenging and horsepower, and are available in several primary tube diameters. Some late model headers are also available with catalytic converters.

Headers and Exhaust Systems
These systems include a pair of ARH headers, mandrel-bent exhaust tubing, an X- or H-pipe depending on application, and Pure Thunder Series mufflers. The mufflers provide a deep throaty sound without the high-pitched rasp or annoying cabin drone other mufflers subject you to. You also get a set of polished stainless steel tips.

Some ARH header and exhaust systems are available with catalytic converters, and most come with gaskets, clamps, Grade 8 hardware, and oxygen sensor harnesses.
