BD Diesel Xtrude Transmission Coolers Now Available at Summit Racing Equipment

The automatic transmission in your diesel truck lives a hard life, especially if you do a lot of towing or you juiced up the engine output. Keep yours running longer by cooling it down with an Xtrude Transmission Cooler. The plate-style aluminum coolers have 200 micro-extruded internal passages, creating a large surface area for better heat transfer. A “turbulent oil” design promotes more complete cooling by exposing more transmission fluid to the outside air.

Add in the 10 inch diameter, 800 cfm electric fan and your transmission will benefit from a 350% drop in fluid temperature compared to using an OEM cooler. Your transmission will stay up to 22% cooler compared to using one of those ‘other’ transmission coolers.
