BluePrint Engines 350/365 HP Small Block Chevy Crate Engines: Big Power at a Great Price

We don't know what kind of alchemy is going on at BluePrint Engines, but it’s come up with high output small block Chevy 350 crate engines for a price we’re still not sure is real. We’re talking about fully assembled engines that make 365 horsepower and 405 lbs.-ft. of torque.

The BluePrint 350/365 HP engines are a perfect drop-in powerplant for street rods, muscle cars, trucks, and kit cars. They feature these components:
• 4-bolt main iron block with 1-piece rear main seal
• Blocks are align-bored, square and parallel decked, and have cylinders bored .040” over to .0002” roundness
• New hypereutectic pistons, cast steel crank, and resized connecting rods
• 64cc Vortec cast iron heads with 2.02”/1.60” valves, 1.25” valve springs
• New hydraulic flat tappet camshaft, 224°/230° duration @.050”, .480”/.486” lift
• New oil pump
• Dual plane intake manifold with Holley 600 cfm carburetor
• HEI distributor
• Spark plugs and ignition wires 
• Harmonic balancer and flexplate
• Air cleaner, valve covers, oil pan, thermostat and housing, and timing cover

You can get an engine that stops right there, or you can go for the ‘turnkey’ version with these additional components:
• Mechanical fuel pump and fuel line
• Serpentine drive pulley system
• A/C compressor
• Power steering pump
• Water pump
• Alternator
• Starter

As with all BluePrint engines, each Chevy 350/365 HP engine is dyno-tested to make sure it hits or exceeds the advertised horsepower and torque numbers, and you’ll get a dyno test sheet that verifies those numbers. This service is something other engine builders charge a lot extra for—if they offer it at all.
