BluePrint Motorsports 632 CID/775 HP Eliminator Power Adder Big Chevy Crate Engine is Built for Serious Boost
BluePrint Engines has created the BluePrint Motorsports division to develop engines for competition use. The first engine out of the shop is this 632 CID/775 HP Eliminator Power Adder Stroker Crate Engine that’s ready for your turbo, supercharger, or nitrous oxide system.
The big block Chevy-type engine is rated at 775 horsepower and 650 lbs.-ft. of torque naturally aspirated and has a boost-friendly 9.6:1 compression ratio. BluePrint even gapped the piston rings to accommodate the expansion caused by the additional heat generated by power adders, and cut the crank snout with a dual keyway to handle the extreme loads put on it by a belt-driven supercharger.
BluePrint recommends a 1,050 CFM carburetor on a single plane intake manifold. The engine is designed and built to run on 92 octane pump gas for street use, but BluePrint says 100-plus octane race fuel is required for track use. We’d say that’s very good advice.
Features
• New BluePrint cast iron block with .400-inch taller deck
• New BluePrint forged crankshaft, 4.750-inch stroke with dual keyway
• 6.635-inch forged H-beam connecting rods with ARP 2000 Series bolts
• Mahle Motorsports forged pistons
• Piston rings precision-gapped for use with power adders
• Solid roller camshaft—272°/282° duration @ .050, .698-inch lift, 110° LSA
• BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads—358cc intake/125cc exhaust runners, 119cc combustion chambers, .300-inch raised exhaust ports
• SFI-rated eight-inch balancer with dual keyway

Since the 632 CID/775 HP Eliminator Power Adder Stroker Crate Engine is built for maximum performance and intended for extreme-duty applications, it is sold without a warranty.
