To ensure reliable operation, each unit undergoes a static hydraulic pressure test during assembly and a final dyno test prior to shipping.

TCI Street Rodder Ford C4 Transmissions are available two ways:
The case-filled C4 places the dipstick in the transmission case. It uses a 157-tooth flexplate with a smaller bellhousing, freeing up room for headers in tight engine compartments and cramped chassis.

The pan-filled C4 is perfect for vehicles without space considerations. It features a larger bellhousing to accommodate the 164-tooth flexplate and a bump-out in the pan for the dipstick.

TCI Street Rodder Ford C4 Transmissions are recommended for use behind stock to mildly-cammed engines making up to 375 horsepower. They fit most 1965-82 260-351W-powered Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury cars and trucks.
