Build Leak-Free Headers for Your Ford with Summit Racing™ Header Flanges
They might not be glamorous, but a good set of flanges will make your do-it-yourself headers scavenge exhaust more effectively and eliminate that dreaded 'tic-tic-tic' leaky header sound.
Summit Racing offers high quality header flanges for Ford's pair of 351s—the Windsor and the Cleveland. The flanges for the 351W are made for stock 1.780" x 1.360" oval exhaust ports; the flanges for the 351C fit OE 2.190" square exhaust ports. We also have header flanges for the 5.0L Coyote and the 7.3L Godzilla.
The steel flanges are 3/8" thick—no worries about warping and leakage here. The flanges are precision-cut to match the cylinder head exhaust ports, so you get maximum flow and exhaust scavenging.
These are an ideal starting point for building headers using an ICEngineworks Header Modeling Kit.
