Cool-It Acoustical and Heat Control Mats
Thermo-Tec’s Acoustical and Heat Control Mats keep radiant heat and excessive noise to a minimum, and can be trimmed to fit almost any space in your ride’s interior. These 1/6-inch thick mats block excess engine and road noise for a better driving experience. Each sheet contains polyethylene film and a foil surface that will buffer radiant heat up to 2,000° F and direct temperatures up to 300° F. The high temperature adhesive backing makes it easy to conform the mat to floorboards, firewalls, or doors—just apply a heat gun and trim the edges for a contoured, custom fit.

Exhaust Wrap
Wrap your headers with Thermo-Tec Exhaust Wrap. Made with pulverized lava rock called basalt, the wrap is extremely pliable, resistant to discoloration, and can withstand continuous temperatures up to 2,000° F.

Thermo-Tec Exhaust Wrap provides several important benefits:
• You’ll keep exhaust heat inside the header pipes where it belongs. That can reduce underhood temperatures up to 70 percent
• Wrapped headers allow hotter exhaust gases to escape more quickly, improving exhaust scavenging and lowering air/fuel intake temperatures

Thermo-Tec Exhaust Wrap installs easily with the included stainless steel Snap Straps. The wrap comes in natural, black, silver, and carbon fiber-style in several widths and lengths.

Cool-It Plug Wire Sleeves
Spark plugs wires and heat do not get along. Protect your wires with Thermo-Tec Cool-It Plug Wire Sleeves. Rated to 750° F, the double-wall braided sleeves will help reduce misfires and extend spark plug life. Cool-It Plug Wire Sleeves slip over most spark plug boots and are non-flammable. Your choice of black, blue, red, silver, and natural colors.

Rogue Series Turbo Covers
Thermo-Tec Rogue Series Turbo Covers improve performance by keeping heat contained inside the turbo. That helps keep the turbo spooled up to reduce turbo lag. The dual-layer covers also help reduce underhood engine temperatures so your electronics, plug wires, etc. won’t be cooked by turbo heat. Rogue Series Turbo Covers are available for T3- and T4-style turbos in black or carbon fiber finishes.
