Digital Guard Dawg 2Go Keyless Push-Button Start Systems Now Available at Summit Racing

You had a ride stolen once. You never forgot the shock that hit you right in the gut, and you don’t want to experience that again. For you and others who want to protect their vehicles from the bad people, Summit Racing has Digital Guard Dawg 2Go Keyless Push-Button Start Systems.

The 2Go systems use RFID technology (Radio Frequency IDentification) that completely eliminates the ignition switch and replaces the key with a digital RFID tag you carry with you. When you get close to your vehicle, the 2Go system will verify your identity, unlock your doors, disarm its security system and unlock the ignition. All you do is get in, push the start button, and away you go.

Summit Racing offers two Digital Guard Dawg 2Go systems:

iKey Keyless Systems
The iKey Keyless systems function just like the keyless systems found on high end luxury cars. They combine passive keyless entry, a full feature alarm, and the convenience of push-button start all in one system. As you approach your vehicle your iKey is detected, the doors instantly unlock, and the start button illuminates. When you exit, the doors automatically lock and the vehicle is completely immobilized. Features include:
• Dual Frequency-Dual Encrypted design—each iKey has one of over 6 billion different codes
• System locks ignition system—vehicle can only start with your iKey present
• Dual antenna system assures excellent range
• Remote engine starting
• Remote trunk release
• Individual push-button start and keyless entry modules with high current relays for reliability
• Two OEM-style or slim-line iKey fobs, emergency bypass card, and LED-illuminated start button included

PBS-II Systems
The PBS-II is ideal for street rods, classic musclecars and trucks, and custom vehicles. It combines the functions of multiple control modules in one easy-to-install package. The system features iTag keyless entry remotes with four output channels to control things like keyless entry, power windows and locks, remote trunk release, or even shaved door handle “popper” setups. The system also has a proximity channel that activates lighting or any other function automatically when you approach your vehicle. Other features include:
• Control module with 60A high current relays to eliminate failure-prone external relay wiring
• Individually controlled circuits for starter, ignition and two separate accessory circuits
• Programmable starter delay—ideal for vehicles with electric fuel pumps or other devices that require a warm-up before starting the engine
• Brake pedal controlled switching emulates accessory-only and accessory-ignition modes of a traditional keyed ignition switch
• Advanced filtering circuitry removes noise and electronic spikes associated with high performance ignitions
• Emergency bypass card and LED-illuminated start button included

Summit Racing also carries Digital Guard Dawg’s X-pansion Module that adds push-button starting to any vehicle already equipped with a keyless entry or alarm system.
