SpeedFactory H-Beam Connecting Rods
These CNC-machined rods are made from high-strength, two-piece forged SAE 4340 chromoly steel. Each rod is heat-treated, magnafluxed, and shot-peened for superior fatigue resistance. Bronze alloy pin bushings for floating wrist pins feature dual offset oiling holes for optimal lubrication. Each set includes ARP 3/8-inch rod bolts rated at 200,000 or 220,000 psi, depending on the application.

• Precision alignment dowels positively locate the rod cap, maintain big end bore size, and eliminate cap walk
• Pin end fits most aftermarket pistons without additional machining

SpeedFactory Racing H-Beam Connecting Rods are not compatible with OEM-style pistons. Choose from sets of four or individual replacement rods for these Honda engines:

• B16, B18A/BC, and B20

• K20, K20 A/Z, and K24

SpeedFactory High-Performance MLS Head Gaskets
These gaskets are made to handle extreme cylinder pressures in high-compression, turbocharged, or nitrous-fed Honda and Acura engines. Featuring multiple stainless-steel layers, the gaskets have special embossments that increase active combustion sealing height. This enables the gasket to keep a tight seal in engines that experience high levels of head lift and movement.

The head gaskets have a high-performance elastomer coating to fill head and block surface irregularities for a more reliable seal, plus an internal silicone bead around oiling passages to prevent leaks.

Other features include:
• Real-world tested to handle 1,000 horsepower when used with SpeedFactory’s Extreme Duty L19 Head Stud Kit
• Enlarged head stud holes allow use of ½-inch head studs with only minor modifications
• .040- or .036-inch thickness makes up for cylinder head and block surfacing versus .028-inch-thick OEM gaskets

SpeedFactory Vertical Flow Intercoolers
SpeedFactory Vertical Flow Intercoolers provide significantly cooler, denser air for Honda/Acura vehicles with K-Series engines. The TIG-welded aluminum intercoolers have either a 3- or 4.5-inch-thick air-to-air core that combines bar-and-plate construction with a staggered fin design for excellent heat rejection, maximum cooling efficiency, and minimal pressure drop.

SpeedFactory’s longer core fills the entire bumper opening of most Honda/Acura applications for a cleaner look. Low-volume, smooth-flowing end-tanks allow fast turbocharger spoolup and high airflow. The vertical layout keeps charge pipe routing short and neatly organized on the driver’s side. Aluminum mounting bungs are attached for easy installation.
